Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

A perfect stay with the family! The house is nestled at the end of a small path, surrounded by nature, on a large and beautiful lot. We were immediately charmed by the calm and beauty of the place. The bedding is excellent, everyone slept very well. The interior is cozy and well thought out, and the different terraces allowed us to soak up the sun at every moment of the day. The kids loved the garden, and the hiking trail right next door is great for a leisurely walk in the forest. A refreshing break, we already want to come back.

A short stay at this comfortable and well-equipped cottage faithful to the listing and located on top of a hill inside a vast estate surrounded by horses. Thank you Alix for your discreet and caring presence. I highly recommend your Gîte for a guaranteed lettingdown in the heart of the Norman stud farms but close enough to the Normandy beaches.
