Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

The luxurious and stylish stay is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base to explore Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes walk into the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/biking routes. So you can explore the IJssel/ Berkel area, the woods or Veluwe. From the backyard you can hop on a sup or in a canoe.

Since July 2020 our guesthouse has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located on the grounds of our farm from 1804, located on 4.5 hectares of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel cot. It is completely independent. The stable has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and an amazing view over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

The Leemgate is a cozy and atmospheric holiday home with beautiful views. The house (45 m2) has its own private entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bikes can be placed and possibly recharged in the lockable garden house. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside you can sit comfortably overlooking the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500m from the property. Vorden is an excellent place for biking and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.

't Ganzennest : In the outskirts of the 8 castles village Vorden is this fully furnished detached cottage. Due to its location it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated downstairs or cooled by an aircondioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in the winter. There may be an electric radiator. In short, enjoy in this beautiful environment. Not suitable for the disabled. Without breakfast.
