Patricia’s home is beautiful and nicely located. The outdoor patio, pool, and grill area were exceptional. This was a perfect place for our family gathering with four adults and two children. The hosts are very attentive and friendly, the area is very quiet to walk although it is difficult to locate a little. It has some breweries nearby, and a 20/30 minute walk you can get to the Hippodrome or the Unicenter.

Rossana is very attentive and willing. He got us a bigger bed and let us check out later. As for the accommodation, simple but tidy. The spacious room, the bathroom and very small kitchen and the exit door directly overlooked the street. The area also looks safe and has cameras. Many thanks Rossana!

Everything was perfect, the hosts were friendly and expeditious, easy check-in and a very good location. The only "criticism" is that the apartment is on Av. Libertador with a balcony facing the street, the traffic is a bit noisy for those of us who are not used to it. Everything else is excellent. Thank you!

It's the 3rd time I've stayed, it's really very comfortable with everything for a great stay in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the train, food outlets and supermarkets. Everything was a 10!

The apartment is amazing, very spacious and bright, tons of sunlight and with a view to die for! The area is calm and with a bunch of restaurants and cafes within 15 min walk. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has absolutely everything you would need. Federico was flexible when we were arriving and gave us a great tour of the building and the apartment. Could not recommend more!

Great place to stay !!

The depto is comfortable and bright. it has a good shower and the bed with a good mattress for a good rest. It has a comfortable individual garage to enter and exit and it's safe. It has very good WiFi . We will stay again when we visit our grandchildren.

Apartment in a prime and safe area. Nearby park, river, trot or bicycle circuits, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with receptionist day and night, security key to enter the building and to take an elevator or enter common spaces. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the post, the desk is appreciated for those who work remotely. Despite being 1 ambience, it is spacious and private. Hostess Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous way. A very good experience to recommend.
