Holiday rentals with a patio in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central

We love John's apartmemt very much, it is at top floor and with wonderful view. All the furniture, equipments and bedding products are very high quality. Highly recommend to the person who is looking for high quality apartment to stay.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a peaceful location with a beautiful view of the school play ground from the living room balcony. It was so relaxing to wake up to that view every day. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. The house was exactly as described—every detail in the listing was 100% accurate. This is the best Airbnb location I have stayed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect stay in Aukland! Great walkable location

Great location, easy access and comfortable beds. Much like a hotel room, but has a cosy touches of an Air BnB.

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Great apartment, perfect for a few days in Auckland. Well located on Ponsonby road, easy access to restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a loft feel with great views of the CBD skyline and Sky Tower. Located on the busy Ponsonby Road, the sound deadening from the double glazing worked really well. The furnishing is good quality and comforting, reminding us of a boutique hotel style. We’d definitely come back if we need a place in the city for a couple of days.

Great experience staying at the apartment. Location was excellent, close to the viaduct and plenty of amenities, and the apartment was clean and well equipped.

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

The house is in a very good conditions. The electronic appliances are very nice too. The host is very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ponsonby, the place was clean and very nicely updated and perfectly spacious for our two families. The location is just a short walk to the shops and eateries on the main street and was very quiet which was great for a good nights sleep. The property has 3 levels with rooms on each so it was a little bit challenging for the young kids and there were lots of decorative artefacts/homewares which was aesthetically very nice but again hard to manage with the kids. I look forward to staying again once the kids are a bit older.

We recently stayed at Colin’s home for a week and completely enjoyed our stay. It was modern, comfortable, beautifully appointed, VERY clean, peaceful, quiet, with off street parking. The neighborhood was great for morning walks/runs and there was also a great coffee shop and local tavern around the corner. Colin was flexible with check in as well which was a huge benefit to us and greatly appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

We had a great stay in this beautiful small home. Nice and handy to the absolutely delicious Little Sicily restaurant in Onehunga, and to Cornwall Park parkrun and to the conference in Ellerslie that we were attending. Really handy having a washing machine and drier available too. We loved the beautiful attention to detail in this house.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

I booked this apartment last minute for a work trip to Auckland and was thoroughly impressed. Helen was incredibly friendly and quick to accept my booking, which made the process stress-free. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. I really appreciated the environmentally conscious touches, from the sustainably sourced linen to the eco-friendly products throughout. The large balcony with a sliding door was a highlight — it opened up the entire space and let in loads of natural light, making it feel airy and relaxing. The apartment was very well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself was peaceful and quiet — I only saw two other people during my entire visit, which made it feel like a private oasis. The included secure car park was also a huge plus. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — just a short, easy walk to the best part of Ponsonby Road with amazing cafes and shops. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!
