La Casetta, is a beautiful little house full of character in the peaceful hamlet of Panicale In the morning the sun streams into the bedrooms filling them with warmth and light. Across from the house there is a small church and the medieval Borgo is a five minute walk away. At the rear of the house there are two sun terraces both with views of the Apennines. From our house you can easily visit many traditional restaurantsand medieval villages..

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

La casa era una vecchia stalla ora restaurata con 2 appartamenti ,un agri-ristorante al piano inferiore non di nostra gestione, immersa bel verde della lunogiana con ampio giardino di fronte a vostra disposizione è composta da 1 camera da letto matrimoniale ,un bagno con doccia ,una sala con tv , una cucina attrezzata ,un barbeque nella zona recintata privata davanti alla porta di casa e parcheggio. La piscina e il giardino esterno sono in condivisione con l 'appartamento adiacente.
