We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Flott opphold i huset. Værten var rask til å respondere da det var en feilmelding på bassenget og han kom raskt til stedet og fikset opp. deilig oppvarmet baseng. Stille og rolig området med kort avstand til sjøen.

Perfekt for barnefamilier og besøk i Dyreparken. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake ☺️

We had a great stay! The house is very nice and well-kept, and the location is ideal for families with children — peaceful surroundings with plenty of space to play. The pool was definitely a highlight, although we had to pay extra to have it opened in early June, which was quite expensive. Still, it added a lot to the experience, and we really enjoyed our time here overall!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Huset var akkurat som beskrevet – rent, romslig og fullt av sjarm. Verten var imøtekommende og lett å kommunisere med. Alt fungerte som det skulle, og vi følte oss virkelig hjemme. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Me var 6 voksne og 4 barn, fungerte heilt fint 😊 Veldig kjekt med innendørs basseng 💦 Anbefales.

Great host, great stay, exceeded expectations. We were really happy with the place, it had plenty of room and beds for our guests. There is room for 2-3 cars at front, could not hear any road noise so it was peaceful, plenty of bedding and everything felt clean and fresh. Kids loved using the trampoline and playing some of the many games that are around. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and everything you need. Iron and ironing board was handy as well as washing machine. Gym was a nice to have with TV whilst you work out. The host was really quick to respond when we had questions and they were very professional. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Wir haben uns in Lenes Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das alte Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und dekoriert. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Aufenthalt im Freien ein. Danke für diese schöne Unterkunft!

Wer sich nach Ruhe und Erholung sehnt ist in dem kleinen Haus von Margrethe genau richtig. Die Unterkunft und vor allem die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben es dank des Kamins hier auch bei Schnee unglaublich gemütlich gemacht und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch :) Marie & Jan

My grown children and I cannot offer enough praise and gratitude for Fredrik's home and care. His place is situated on a property that offers front and backyard peace and stunning beauty. The home itself is charming with the comfort of a wood stove and cozy furniture to nestle into. There was the added delight of flowers and even a welcome basket! Fredrik's attention to our requests for information on the area and his recommendations were so impressive and helpful. We were able to take in just about all the fascinating hikes, historical sites, museum, and even sauna with the added bonus of coming home to this little piece of paradise. We only wish his Airbnb were closer than an ocean away for us. Perhaps someday we will find ourself back to explore, relax and reflect in what has become a true gift of memories for my family.

Der Aufenthalt im Haus der Familie Lindberg war einfach nur traumhaft. Der Preis war etwas höher (liegt vlt auch an der Ferienzeit in Schweden) aber es hatbaixh gelohnt. Tolles Haus, super eingerichtet, genug Platz und atemberaubende Ausblicke, vor allem die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach klasse, wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen, danke für alles!

Het huis van Vilma is een oase van rust. Al meerdere malen verbleven en het voelt aan als een tweede thuis. Iedereen die rust wilt en kan genieten van een prachtig uitzicht moet zeker komen genieten! Toplocatie met aan allerbeste host…

Vi trengte ett sted å koble av under Peter Wessel Cup og dette stedet passet perfekt 🥰👏 Koselig bryggerhus med god plass, privat fra utleier, stille og rolig område👏 Fikk desverre ikke møtt utleier personlig, da både de og vi var opptatt med cup, men var en veldig hyggelig og fleksibel utleier som var lett å kommunisere med😁 Kommer definitivt tilbake om vi skulle trenge ett sted å leie i samme område👏

Sehr schöne Lage mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, speziell auch für Familien mit Kindern.

Supertolles Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick auf den Fjord, toller moderner, großer Küche, in der man super kochen kann, gemütlichem Bett, viel Platz. Turid ist super nett und sie hat sich immer nach uns erkundigt, ob wir alles haben. Für uns war es die beste airbnb Erfahrung, die wir je hatten und wir haben schon einige gesehen! Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken und von da viele tolle Ausflüge unternehmen! Es gab sogar Bücher und Spielzeug für unseren kleinen Sohn und generell ist von allem genug vorhanden wie zb Spültabs, Handtücher, Küchenrolle, Klopapier, Mülltüten. Wir haben auch das alte süße Radio angemacht und norwegische Musik genossen 🤗 wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

If you want the most spectacular views of the fjord and town, you should definitely stay here! It was the perfect place to stay when we hiked Trolltunga. Olaf was an excellent host, and we’d stay here again for sure.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Mettes Haus verbracht. Das Häuschen ist super gemütlich mit tollem Blick auf den Telemarkkanal. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Kein Fernseher und kein WLAN. Das haben wir jedoch nicht vermisst. Mette war super nett und war immer ansprechbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Fantastiskt boende med underbar utsikt. Bra boende för oss två. Vi gillade det båda jag och min 15-åriga son. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Strandpromenaden in till Hunnebostrand var mysig. Hälsar Linda o Mille

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Therese. Das Haus liegt in schöner Landschaft direkt am Fjord. Es war toll, an den sonnigen Wintertagen die Kite Skater auf dem zugefrorenen Fjord zu beobachten. Therese hat sich sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert und war super hilfsbereit. Man muss beachten, dass es im Haus eine sehr steile Treppe gibt. Für manche Personen könnte das ein Hindernis sein. Bei uns hat alles gut geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abends haben wir vom nahegelegenen Thai Restaurant leckeres Essen geholt. Die Bus- (Haltestelle direkt am Haus) und Zugverbindungen (von Røyken) nach Oslo sind sehr gut. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bedanken bei Therese, die immer bemüht war, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und uns sehr geholfen hat. Ich kann den Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll gestalteten, kleinen roten Haus sehr empfehlen. Es ist etwas ganz besonderes!

Incredible location with all the amenities for a longer period stay. We stayed for almost 3 months and we had a wonderful time . Magne and Lena are great hosts, very friendly and made us fell like home. They offered us the opportunity to join to different gatherings to fell the community atmosphere and traditions. During our stay, we worked remotely and the WiFi was the best ever seen . Not any problem encountered during our stay and Magne was there to respond to any questions we had. At the location there are many hiking trails and nature spots to discover. We can't wait to return there. Tip for tenants: If the location is available during your desired period, don't think twice and book it... you will thank me later for the tip.
