On a natural plot in a quiet area, this newly built summerhouse from 2022 is located with a great view of the Wadden Sea. There is a modern kitchen in open connection with a dining area and living room. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV and exit to the terrace, which is all around the house. The house has a bathroom with shower and a bath with toilet and sink, one with direct access to the outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. There are three good bedrooms. At the entrance area there is a pool table and play corner for the little ones.

Welcome to our family summerhouse, just 25 meters from the nice sandy beach. The house is fitted with big sauna and spa. Located only 6 km from Otterup, where you'll find shopping. City of Odense, is just 20 km away. Non-smoking house, and no pets. Remember to gring you own linens, bedsheets (1*160cm and 2*90 cm), towels and tea towels. Electricity is invoiced at departure, based on the actual consumption. Price 3,00 DKK / kWh. To be payed at departure.

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
