Maison très agréable, bien située. Belle vue. Andrea nous a gentiment accueillis et facilité le rangement de nos vélos. Merci.

Soggiorno impeccabile e accoglienza fuori dal comune! Non potevamo desiderare di meglio io e la mia famiglia! Siamo scesi a Pesaro per il mio matrimonio fuori porta, e ci siamo affidati alla sua struttura. La casa era perfetta: pulita, curata, dotata di ogni comfort e corrispondente in tutto alla descrizione, se non addirittura migliore dal vivo. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato il proprietario Elvin (e non solo lui, ma anche tutta la sua famiglia, sua moglie ed i suoi 2 figli): straordinariamente disponibile, presente al momento giusto ma mai invadente, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili e a rispondere con rapidità e gentilezza a qualsiasi richiesta. Ci ha fatti sentire davvero benvenuti, come se fossimo a casa. Un’ospitalità rara da trovare, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi non solo un posto dove dormire, ma un’esperienza autentica di accoglienza e cura. Torneremo senza dubbio

Casa immersa nella natura, in zona silenziosissima (si sentono solo gli uccellini e ogni tanto il campanaccio di mucche in lontananza), facilmente raggiungibile da una strada non trafficata. Il luogo è ideale per chi, come me e mio marito, cerca una fuga dallo stress della città e un sano isolamento nella natura. Il bel parco recintato con piscina privata invoglia a rimanere a oziare a casa e riposarsi, con vista sulle montagne e in compagnia della dolce gattina che circola nella proprietà. La privacy è assicurata anche dal garbo e dalla discrezione della simpatica e accogliente host Valentina e dei suoi genitori, che cercano di tenere la manutenzione della piscina e del giardino possibilmente se gli ospiti sono assenti. Luogo ideale anche per elettrosensibili: pur essendo a disposizione il servizio di connessione wifi satellitare, la host non ha avuto problemi, in seguito alla mia richiesta, a staccare ogni wireless dall'appartamento, che risulta anche distante da antenne.

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Formidable environnement, calme ... ma maison est très confortable et agencée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le père de Daniela est très réactif quand Daniela travaille et le bassin d'eau est extrêmement appréciable durant les chaleurs d'été. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moustiquaires très performantes qui protègent les fenêtres des chambres. À recommander absolument !

Mirella was an incredible host and her house was just amazing. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large patio area was a perfect place for breakfast and also for sitting just to take in the beautiful scenery. The location is private but not remote. We even walked to dinner at the excellent nearby restaurant (on Mirella's recommendation). The house and the surroundings make you feel like you are in a postcard - a perfect place for vacation.

Siamo andati in questa meravigliosa casa per Pasqua, due famiglie con bambini… Che dire… immersa nella natura, circondata da frutteti, la villa è così come viene descritta, pulita e perfetta sé si hanno bambini, potevano giocare all’esterno e correre in sicurezza. Ci sono molte lepri che corrono in libertà tra i frutteti cosa che per me è stata piacevole. La signora Valeriana gentilissima così come il signor Antonio, ci hanno fatto trovare delle uova di Pasqua per i bambini, succhi di frutta, una crostata e dei biscotti, ci hanno dato consigli su dove andare anche per il pranzo di Pasquetta visto che cercavamo un ristorante di pesce sul mare e ci siamo trovati molto bene, disponibili e ospitali qualità che ho spesso trovato andando in vacanza in questa regione. Direi tutto perfetto e il fatto di essere immersi nella natura a me personalmente da una pace enorme. Consiglio questa villa assolutamente, il mare e a mezz’ora di macchina, c’è un paesino vicino ben servito, e Mirabilandia a20m

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Definetely one of best place we have visited during our journeys. Amazing house with everything included, Michele is a great host. hopefully we will back one day

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Moneti. La maison est très belle, bien aménagée et propre. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires, toujours très réactifs et agréables. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour au calme au bord de la piscine ;)

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.

The house and the whole property is a dream! The park of the house is huge and offers a lot to discover including the pool from which you have an astonishing view to the little mountains in the surroundings. The house itself has a lot of tasteful old furniture, including a billiard table. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kitchen and also did a barbecue in the garden. It’s the perfect place for a big group like ours with a lot of kids who appreciate a quite and close to nature home.

Un luogo immerso nel "tutto", più che nel nulla, come si suol dire. (e proprio per questo, la strada per arrivarci è piuttosto sterrata, occhi aperti la sera! Ma ne vale la pena) Casa bellissima, pulita e accogliente. Consiglio questo posto per ricaricare le batterie, è una meraviglia.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

Me and my girlfriend spent 10 beautiful days at Lilliana’s villa. It was amazing, whether you are looking to stay at the house or explore the surrounding area this house is suitable for any guest (although size of house and number of beds suggest it would be perfect for families). Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Oppholdet i huset til Maria og Angelo var rett og slett fantastisk. De tok oss svært godt imot, selv om vi var mange timer forsinket på grunn av forsinket fly, rot med leiebil og stengt Autostrada. Hele eiendommen, både innvendig og utvendig, holder en meget høy standard. Alt framsto som ekstremt rent og velholdt. Vi satte stor pris på å ha tre store soverom, to gode bad, stue med behagelige møbler, godt utstyrt kjøkken og to balkonger som kunne brukes til frokost eller et glass vin om kvelden. Vi hadde også stor glede av det velholdte bassengområdet og den frodige og vakre hagen. Oppsummert - hvis du ønsker deg et ferieopphold med utmerket komfort og med de aller beste verter - i et område med nesten bare italienske turister - da anbefales dette huset på det sterkeste.
