Composed of a veranda, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, living room, bedroom with double bed, a small enclosed garden, and a private parking space in front of the accommodation. Proximity 5 min walk to the river (Sarthe) and village of Ecouflant 10 min walk. 10 min by car from downtown Angers and 25 min by bike (possibility to rent us bikes).
