Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant, les amoureux de la campagne apprécieront le charme de ce gite confortable, situé à l’orée de la forêt domaniale du Perche, où se trouvent de nombreux monastères dont l’abbaye Notre Dame de la Trappe . In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
