Holiday rentals with a patio in Vereda El Penasco

This place was a gem! Nathalia and her team were incredibly responsive—communication was fast and smooth. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy check-in and check-out. It was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, featuring Alexa, a stunning city view, a clean kitchenette, and a fully stocked bathroom. Laundry was conveniently located on the same floor and easy to use with the Speed Queen app—no cash needed. There’s also a small shop in the building with snacks and essentials. While it’s not a hotel, it’s kept very clean and feels just as nice. The location is perfect—great restaurants, stores, and everything you need within 5–15 minutes. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Medellín!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

This was one of my favorite airbnb to stay in medellin! The view was spectacular! Everything was clean and organized! I would def recommend this spot!

Great stay in a safe and secluded area in Medellin. Nice balcony views and the building had great amenities. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet and safe building in Medellin.

Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.

Excellent location, apartment was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Keep in mind this is on a third floor walk-up, not ideal for those with kids or disabilities. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Quiet, beautiful lively neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again with my family!

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

We stayed at this finca with our family the week leading up to our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with lush greenery and a stunning garden that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The hosts, especially Monica, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they helped us hire staff for a brunch we hosted, and shared fantastic local recommendations for everything from grocery stores to takeout. The house can be a bit tricky to find at first, but once you arrive, it’s more than worth it. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Book with confidence—you won’t be disappointed!

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

House super clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, the view is beautiful and also I have to mention the delicious food! The place is completely and you feel like your are part of the family is not only an Airbnb it is your home! It is a little piece of heaven on the earth.

Todo fue excelente durante la estadía. El apto es tal como se aprecia en las foto. Está muy céntrico de todo. La comunicación fue fluida y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. una estadía de 5 estrellas!!. Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!

Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
