Loft holiday rentals in Ventas, Ciudad Lineal

Elegimos esta estancia por cercanía al estadio Metropolitano para un concierto. Cerca del aeropuerto y sin ninguna dificultad para llegar, además de llegada autónoma por código, por lo que no se necesitaban llaves físicas. Ángela contestó en todo momento cualquier duda. Punto a favor el aire acondicionado, por el calor extremo que hacía. Gracias por todo.

This place was exactly as described. It’s a tiny but well appointed room. The ceiling is quite high which allows for the large loft bed area and for the room to feel larger and airy. The bathroom is pretty with a good shower and stocked with nice Aesop soaps and shampoo. The A/C was great, it was nice and cool during a very bite June week. The chair /foldout there could be more comfortable which was the only small drawback. But the bed was totally comfortable. It’s not a place you are staying in to hang out in anyway. It’s a great location at an affordable cost. It’s pretty and restful to sleep at. The walk ability to Retiro and the Botanical Garden is lovely. The are cafes and restaurants not to far. The Prado is a short stroll too. Being close to the Atocha train station was super convenient for arriving from the airport and for departure by train to another Spanish city. This place is small, simple, pretty, and very good deal!

Amazing place to stay at, I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb! It is in the heart of Madrid and had great restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. I plan to stay here again in the near future as it was a great location. The hosts are incredible people!

The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

Excelente servicio, el lugar es muy céntrico pero no es bullicioso

El loft está ubicado en el Barrio La Latina, desde el apartamento de puede llegar caminando a todos los puntos de interés del centro histórico. Además Madrid tiene excelente transporte público. Fifi nos dió muchas instrucciones y recomendaciones de lugares para ir a comer. También tiene una carpeta con todas las instrucciones de cada cosa que está en el apartamento: lavadora, cafetera, aire acondicionado, sofá cama.. todo. Durante nuestra estadía hubo un problema con el proveedor de internet, de modo que estuvimos sin internet desde el segundo día en adelante, el proveedor de internet tenía que enviar a un técnico pero no llegaron a acordar para que alguien lo pudiera recibir. El apartamento tiene los elementos para cocinar. Hay café. Pero consideren comprar sal, aceite, azúcar, cosas básicas como para preparar el desayuno o poder hacer aunque sea una ensalada. En la esquina está el jardín del Príncipe de Anglona, y un jazmín que cuelga del muro y perfuma todo el lugar en primavera

This is one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Great location, easy to check in, super clean and with extra storage for your luggage’s if you arrived early.

Tanto a acomodação como Karena, a anfitriã são incríveis. Acomodação extremamente limpa e completa. Camas excelentes. Ambiente supera as imagens. Karena é uma anfitriã cuidadosa, atenta e sempre ágil em responder e ajudar. Recomendo muito!!!

We had a great stay at Javier’s place. The washing machine was a big help for travellers like us. The grocery beside his place was a big plus.

El alojamiento está ubicado en un buen punto dentro de la ciudad de madrid, cercano a paradas de bus y al metro. Me sentí como en mi casa, esta limpio es cómodo y está muy bien amueblado. Lo volvería a elegir si vuelvo a madrid!

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

We would gladly stay here again. The apartment’s high ceilings give it a spacious feel. The lighting isn’t perfect, but it’s more than adequate. Although it's located at a busy intersection near the Atocha train station, you'd never know it—it's remarkably quiet at night. It's also an easy walk to both the Prado and Retiro Park. The kitchen has a full oven—something many Airbnbs lack, often offering only a microwave combo. It also has a separate washer and dryer, not a combo unit, which we appreciated. The host was incredibly helpful—he once used the apartment as an art studio and was always available with great advice on trains, restaurants, and more. If you’re looking for a place that’s a bit off the main tourist path but still within walking distance of the Prado and Retiro, with easy access to public transportation, this is a great choice.
