The apartment is close to a metro station and to a big grocery shop, which is essential to me. Rafa is a great host, everything is as advertised. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including the kitchen.

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

A casa estava exatamente como descrita. Está a cerca de 30min de transportes da Plaza Mayor, e melhor que tudo foi que o Juan me deu todas as indicações e recomendações da zona. É uma zona suburbana, calma e tranquila.

En general es un buen sitio para ir en familia, está muy bien ubicado (a unos 5 minutos del metro estación Ascao y a 10 minutos del metro estación La Almudena que te permite llegar al centro de Madrid en pocos minutos). El lugar es bonito, limpio y sobre todo súper flexible con el check-in pues no dependes de horarios estrictos, al ser self check-in puedes tomarte la libertad de llegar a la hora que quieras. Lo recomiendo muchísimo como sitio para dormir y moverte por el centro y sus alrededores y sobre todo si vais en plan familiar. Se nos hizo complicado encontrar el sitio pero si contactais con el Host, ellos te atienden con mucho gusto y te indican exactamente donde está el lugar.

L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : tout confort, spacieux, propre, dans un immeuble moderne avec un concierge très professionnel et agréable — un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec une station de métro toute proche, propre et sécurisée. El piso es genial, está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso, todo excelente. El piso es exactamente lo que ofrecen, estaba todo limpio y ordenado Recomendable 100%

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren top zufrieden. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir konnten sogar 3h früher in die Unterkunft, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und schnell ab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

This was an ideal accommodation and location to explore Madrid for a few days. The metro is so close and takes you into the centre within 20 minutes. It is a great space for 2 people, very comfortable and all the amenities you need. Enrique, Helena and Jose were very helpful and welcoming which made this stay even better.

Fue todo un placer. Me sentí como en casa.

Una estancia encantadora en Madrid. Tiene la estación Puente de Vallecas a unos minutos caminando, tiene varios restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Nos hospedamos aquí buscando un lugar solo para llegar a dormir, y era demasiado cómodo y completo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque un lugar seguro, céntrico, tranquilo, alejado del ruido y muy muy cómodo. :)

El departamento era igual que en la descripción. Pude entrar antes del check in previsto pues mi vuelvo llegaba antes. Muy lindo el barrio y súper tranquilo. El metro está muy cerca por lo cual la movilidad en la ciudad se me hizo muy sencilla. Hay enfrente un bar para tomar unas cervezas y comer típicas tapas. Jose Miguel me envió las indicaciones muy bien para llegar y me envió lugares para visitar. Estuvo siempre atento y muy amable Volvería a elegirlo si vuelvo a Madrid. Muchas gracias 🩷

Carlos es el mejor anfitrión que me he encontrado. El departamento se encontraba en excelente estado, todo en perfecto orden. No puedo recomendar mas este alojamiento. La atención de Carlos siempre fue cálida, clara y atenta.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

Even better than I expected! Has everything you need to feel right at home. Greatly appreciated the closet space for a longer trip as well.

Ho soggiornato in questa fantastica stanza a Madrid e non posso che raccomandarla vivamente! La posizione era perfetta, situata in un quartiere vivace e ricco di ristoranti e attrazioni. La stanza era perfetta , accogliente e ben arredata, con tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza super bella e non vedo l'ora di tornare. Consiglio vivamente questa stanza a chiunque visiti Madrid!
