Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ventas, Ciudad Lineal

Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Mercedes is an excellent person, very attentive and considerate; she was always willing to help and attentive to what I needed. I totally recommend staying at her house. In addition, I had very hot days in Madrid and the Mercedes apartment was an oasis, extremely cool and comfortable, there are businesses for everything you need, including some bars and cafes where you can have a drink or breakfast if you wanted to do it. Very good transportation a few blocks away and very safe to return, even returning very late at night. I totally recommend staying with Mercedes. I would go back to the Mercedes house with my eyes closed if I need to return to Madrid. Monica/from Stockholm.

I was at Carlos' house with some friends and I can only say that it was a 15 out of 10. Carlos was always very attentive to us and our needs. The house was impeccable and with all the comforts that anyone could need, in addition, Carlos left us some welcome amenities which are to be thanked. As soon as we arrived, he also explained how to get around the neighborhood and left us a map with restaurants and places of interest. Undoubtedly, one of the best houses I have stayed in and that, we hope to repeat in the future :-)

It was my second stay in the apartment, that is, chosen because of the good experience of the first.

It's perfect if you don't plan to be in the accommodation for long periods of time during the day. It is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Ivan is attentive to what you need, responds quickly and is very kind. The area in which it is located is quiet and accessible, it has the Rio Rosas metro station very close and the line 1 of the metro that connects the whole city passes through there. There are many recommended restaurants nearby, such as Casa Pei or Mo de Movimiento. We enjoyed our stay here.

Only needed one room since I am traveling alone but it’s a fantastic piso. Recommend.

Rafael is a great host and a friendly and approachable person, highly recommended. The accommodation is as described. He explained alternatives to get to the accommodation by public transport and welcomed us on arrival, despite the flight schedule. He showed us the apartment, where we could find all the utensils, etc. and a detail that is much appreciated is soft drinks and water in the fridge as well as breakfast and coffee. The location was excellent since we were going to an event at the Metropolitano. If we return to Madrid, it will be our first choice if it is available. Thanks again

Sandra’s apartment was great. So much better than staying in a hotel near the airport. The in-building parking is really convenient. There are multiple parks right near the building. Strong recommend!

Very good communication with Paulo, the place is as shown in the photographs. Very clean and nice. When I arrived, everything was clean, tidy, and smelled very good. The apartment had the air conditioning on so everything was wonderful and cool for this time of year. Good stay. I would stay there again.

It is a super quiet and very central pedestrian area. It's close to everything. Celia is very close and is always attentive

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

Lovely spot for a short overnight :)

The location is excellent for reaching all the main attractions of Madrid on foot, the entrance is located in one of the corners of Plaza Mayor. Sissi is kind and helpful. The room is small but the shared living room with the host is large and welcoming. Considering the cost, it's an excellent solution for a short visit to the city.
