I stayed here with in a group of 4, and I must say we very much enjoyed our time. Jules was very responsive to all queries, and his house was perfect for our time in Bordeaux. Jules also very accommodating to our requests - he is most definitely a super host! I would recommend Jules' house to anyone looking to stay in Bordeaux for a weekend.

A truly unforgettable stay! This private, spacious boathouse was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the unique character and thoughtful design—especially the stunning bolted ceiling that give the space more charm with a touch of grandeur. The bed was comfortable, making every night restful and serene. The bathroom was great with a big walk-in shower, and heated floors were a luxurious bonus we didn’t know we needed! Everything was spot on, blending comfort with a sense of adventure. If you’re looking for a stay that’s both cozy and strikingly unique, this is it!

We had a great stay in the Bay of Arcachon. The house is ideally located to enjoy the activities of the basin (Vélodyssée, oyster farms, towns, etc.). The accommodation is functional and pleasant for the older and younger ones (petanque, swimming pool, ping-pong table, etc.). The accommodation is perfectly suited for a group of 9 people, each has their own space. Estelle and Annie were available, accommodating and punctual for check-in and check-out times. We recommend this accommodation and can't wait to come back and visit the basin!

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. The accommodation was perfectly maintained, pleasant and very well equipped. We appreciated its location between Saintes and Cognac. Thanks to Stéphanie for hosting.

What to say except thank you! Thank you to Petra and her husband for their hospitality, kindness, and the care with which they respond to the needs of their visitors. We came with my daughter to this region that we know very well. This is the first time in 15 years of Airbnb rentals that we have found such a functional accommodation. To go into detail, there is even a jewelry holder in the bathroom, clothes racks. Petra and her husband's love of nature is also a delight, the garden is superb. There is even a compost bin... We will return to this accommodation with great pleasure because everything is designed for the well-being of travelers and to make the stay the best possible. A place for the car, the host who opens the gate for you when you leave… We loved it! Thank you very much 🌱☀️

We had a great week in the house without any worries!! A very pleasant place, tastefully furnished, and where you feel good. 😊 Our four-legged friend 🐾 was delighted to have a beautiful garden to run in! The little naps under the oak tree of the house, The proximity of the beach is just great to cool off the day and to see a beautiful sunset! Great! A big thank you to Sophie who is a very responsive and friendly host. She answered all our questions and we thank her for the delicate attentions on our arrival! We had a great time at Sylvain's place. The house is very nice with a swimming pool and activities available (petanque court, table tennis, plancha). Ideal if you want to enjoy a peaceful house while being close to Bordeaux. Sylvain was responsive to our requests and did everything to facilitate our arrival.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Benoit's, a house even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, spacious and very well maintained and a green and very well-kept garden. Benoit is a thoughtful and very responsive host if needed, I recommend it 100% 😉

Château Le Grave is a beautiful property and was a wonderful choice for our group holiday. We had a lovely stay and found the house very comfortable. The photos don’t quite do it justice—it’s even more charming in person. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made cooking for our group easy and enjoyable. There were a few small issues that affected the overall experience. There wasn’t quite enough toilet paper provided for the weekend, the pool area didn’t have lighting at night, and we encountered an electrical issue that we needed to resolve ourselves. I noticed similar mentions in past reviews, so it may be worth addressing these for future guests. Communication with the host could have been more positive. There was some confusion regarding the cleaning fee, which had already been included in the booking total, and we were asked to pay extra for a few broken glasses, which seemed inexpensive to replace. That said, the property itself is truly lovely and we had a great time.

A very, very beautiful house. Brand new. Extremely comfortable and comfortable to live in. The pool was not very hot but the kids enjoyed swimming. Lacanau is a very nice seaside resort. We had a great time with the family . Philippe

We had chosen ‘Le Manoir’ for its setting and decoration ‘So British’ We weren't disappointed! On the contrary, we immediately felt good in our vacation home. Thanks in particular to the details (old beds but excellent bedding) very well equipped kitchen and what about the grandiose bathroom!!!! We only have one small downside: the dishes for 6 people are a little fair. Scottie's hospitality and responsiveness as well as Kerstie live up to the place.

Beautiful home and grounds! Well equipped with all necessary supplies. Communication with Caroline was excellent! Always with a quick response to questions and even worked out a birthday cake and wine for our traveling friend. Nice outside seating area to enjoy by the pool. Would highly recommend!

What a magical stay we had at the house! We loved the location, the house was beautiful and Denis was so friendly! We had everything we needed and more. Such stunning surroundings and attention to detail. It was a pleasure and already excited to return! Thank you Denis!

A very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. Very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. Very discreet and very friendly owners. A tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): possibility of eating grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, having a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

We liked the place very much, we felt very comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool is to be enjoyed. You are absolutely on your own there, and the area is very nice and quiet. The bed is also very comfortable. I would just recommend a few more wine glasses and mosquito nets for the windows. We had a few, but that's certainly not always the case. Nevertheless, we can recommend the accommodation 100%. The communication with Natjalie was also great, she is very friendly.

We spent a week with Thierry in May. Thierry responded very kindly and uncomplicated to the fact that our arrival was delayed more and more. He welcomed us very nicely and gave us many tips. You can see from the house that Thierry is a flea market fan, we thought that gives the house character, it is really unique. It is quiet, with a lot of nature around, the frogs croak their concert, and the nightingales sing at night. The large, slightly overgrown garden (we like it) was fenced in so that our dog could go in and out of the house as he pleased. The area is pleasantly less crowded with tourists, but there were still opportunities to do something. Small tip: do not stay in the caravan if you are taller than about 180 cm (we are a little shorter, so it worked out well). Many thanks to Thierry, we hope to come back!

Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. In short, a great place.

We had a very good stay at Bernadette's. She is very welcoming and available if we have a problem or question. The accommodation is very pleasant especially when you have a dog 🐕(the garden is fenced and secure). No parking worries, you can park inside. We highly recommend her accommodation if you're in the area!

We have just come back from a lovely week at this house. The house was immaculately presented and easy to access. Communication was great, prior to and during the stay. The house is a short walk from the lovely town and its market and a short drive from the beautiful Soulac-sur-Mer.
