Cette dernière se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse accompagnée de sa cheminée; d'une chambre individuelle et de son lit king size; d'une salle de douche à l'italienne et d'une cuisine équipée. Un canapé lit de 140x200 et un lit pour bébé sont à votre disposition.

Bedroom with large bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m and good mattress, additional sofa bed in the living room, well-equipped kitchen and 15 m² terrace with electric store await you. Everything is new, the bedding, the appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problems. Then, no need for a car, you are about 400 m from the market and the main street and 800 m from the ocean. We are waiting for you!

Oceanfront family cottage

Welcome to our 57 m2 family home. Located 70 meters from the ocean and in the heart of Montalivet-les-Bains. You will have a great vacation Please note, we do not provide linens. No pets allowed. The sofa bed is not usable. We have chosen to reduce the cost of renting and to trust our guests to make the house as clean as they found it on arrival. Otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Completely renovated 70 m2 house: functional, charming, very bright (south-facing). Ideally located in the historic center of Montalivet, 50 m from the pedestrian street, shops and restaurants, 150 m2 from the beach and 300 m from the famous "Monta" market.
