The house has a lovely living room with a loft for kip. Large wooden terrace around the house that allows to enjoy the view of the bay or in over the bridge land. The cottage area is located on Broager land in the bay between Broager and Sønderborg. The area offers beautiful walks along the gendarme path and castle and forest in Gråsten.

Right between Sønderborg and Gråsten (8 km) you will find this cozy apartment, with a private entrance (lockbox). The apartment contains, entrance hall, bathroom with shower, tea kitchen with dining area (there is a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle - no cooking possibility), living room and bedroom in the same room. In total, the apartment is about 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility to charge an electric car at OK barn stands 350 meters from the apartment.

Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Good accommodation with a location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen there is a fridge, hot plates, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bath, which is next to the tiny house. You can use the backyard.
