Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig gelegen, het is rustig maar als je de drukte op wilt zoeken dan ben je met 1 minuut lopen in de binnenstad. universiteit op 10 minuten afstand. Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.
