Holiday rentals with a patio in Velp

I booked Jennifer's apartment for a business trip. The small, well-equipped and clean apartment is located in a listed farmhouse in a quiet, rural location. Many sights in the Lower Rhine region can be reached quickly by car. Jennifer was a friendly host, communication was quick and smooth. I can recommend the apartment. Thank you!

My parents, who stayed for two nights in the beautiful apartment, liked the stay very much. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They particularly liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy furnishings. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. I had a great stay. The apartment was spacious and clean . Jill was such a great and attentive host. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a great weekend we had. Top location. Very nice and clean apartment. Berlinda has received us very friendly. 1 time breakfast taken and this was above expectation so much choice. We really liked that Diederik and his cheerful dog came to chat with us in the evening when we were sitting outside under the veranda. Not for nothing an extra night booked. In short, it was a very nice first experience through Air B&B. (5 stars and more from us!

We spent a nice women's weekend in the beautiful apartment of Conny and Gio. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality, modern, bright, tasteful, spacious, quiet and central. The icing on the cake for us: the terrace with a wonderful view of the garden! Conny and Gio are warm hosts, flexible, helpful and communicative. We immediately felt at home! Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The amenities were more than very good (fresh fruit, baked rolls, drinks), the location was quiet and the landlady was very friendly and helpful. With their help, we were able to experience a few great excursions. Great tips and good places that are suitable for dogs. The fenced garden was also ideal for our dogs. They were able to stay there without being on a leash. There were also bowls, a blanket and dog bones for you The terrace with the well-equipped garden furniture also invited you to linger. You can walk to the great dunes, where the dogs can really romp. Simply great for people and animals. Thank you for the hospitality. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb. Patricia was super friendly and even had all kinds of fun toys ready for our 1.5 year old daughter. Very sweet! The Airbnb itself was very cozy and nice. Definitely recommended! The chickens that roam by complete the whole :)

I cannot fault our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic property, with interesting architecture. Comfy beds, big patio, inviting and secluded garden, spacious lounge. Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

We had a nice stay. Beautiful clean bedrooms. Two very large ones, ideal for adding the cots. Finely furnished kitchen. Plenty of activities at a short distance. And delicious jacuzzi. Recommended!

This cottage in Groesbeek is wonderful! There is a super nice garden that is very neatly maintained and where you can enjoy the silence with only some croaking frogs in the pond. The cottage is very spacious, it was very neat and clean when we arrived, and there are many amenities that make the stay pleasant. The location is great and hot tub and sauna are of course also super luxurious. We had a great time! Thank you.

Right at the beginning, we were personally welcomed and given a detailed tour of the property. Everything was clean, neat and as described. A clear recommendation for everyone! I'd be happy to come back.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

We loved our stay with Werner and Friederike. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times, and they even left some welcome presents for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful and artistic, every detail has been taken care of. The garden is incredible. We enjoyed our days at Werner's and Friederike's house thoroughly and we highly recommend to stay with them.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Nice ground floor apartment, spacious enough and great location compared to the center of Arnhem. Unfortunately, no access to the garden at the back for the bikes, only through the house.

The space was clean and cozy, even though the furniture was a little older. But this did not detract from the stay – everything was functional and in good condition. The contact with the hostess was very pleasant, friendly and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place!

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable
