Great accommodation with plenty of space, clean, vintage and love in the detail. Thank you for letting us spend our time in Kassel there.

The apartment is very neat and clean. The amenities are good. Everything works perfectly and is easy to use. I was a guest for 3 nights and attended a sculptor workshop in Kelze. The corresponding studio can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes. I really enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the apartment. I'd love to come back when I attend my next workshop.

The apartment is great! It is quiet, very clean and spacious. The amenities are super extensive. There is everything you need for an extended stay. The check in was flexible and friendly. I felt very comfortable in Florian's apartment. Absolutely recommended.

My stay at Banu's was wonderful! The location of the house is very good, well connected with bus stops. It is also very relaxing to be in that area, a very quiet area. Banu was always kind and helpful for all kinds of things, for any information she did not hesitate to help me. I found the house clean and tidy, with everything you need for a great stay. 5 stars more than deserved, I highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This was very well equipped and was very centrally located. From here, we were quickly in the city, both on foot and by public transport. You can get to the Aue, the vineyard and the important museums very quickly. There were also opportunities to go out, restaurants and supermarkets. The contact with Frank and Alexandra was uncomplicated and very pleasant. We'll be very happy to come back!

The place was great! Very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was quiet, but still well connected, perfect for a relaxing stay. The contact with Carola and Bernd was very nice and friendly from the beginning. We were warmly welcomed and given a small tour of the cozy apartment with a small explanation of the most important things. The apartment was very clean, nice and cozy, with many brochures, maps and "in-house" information. The area is wonderful to look at, the weather was not too lucky for this season, but there is also enough to do for rainy days - and if you do not want to go out, the apartment invites you to a cozy day on the couch. In the kitchen, we were able to quickly find our way around and everything you need was there.

Nice and secluded place, the only downside is the parking not at the house but on an adjacent street. Having adjacent parking would give an extra value

The apartment was clean, it had water in the fridge, the location was quiet. You can hear the shower in the bedroom but nothing from outside. Despite the hot temperatures outside, it was pleasantly cool in the apartment. Communication with the host was flawless and it's great that it has a large parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay with Susann and Bert, very friendly and welcoming people. There were nice and sweet touches, such as cold drinks in the fridge and some fruit and sweets as a welcome, we felt very welcome partly because of that. The host pointed out that the high skylights are not equipped with a curtain or hatch, so it remained quite light, but there are eye masks available for the necessary bed rest. Even without eye masks we slept well, it was warm outside, around 30 degrees, but the mobile air conditioning was good, and the wonderful bed was very nice. It is a compact holiday home in an attic, where everything you need is there. Supermarket is very close, and the tram line to the city and to Wilhelms Hohe stops about 200 meters walk. Susann and Bert live in the house on the ground floor, and are therefore very accessible.

We felt like at home from the beginning. Impeccably clean, thought of everything, very tasteful and a great garden (which unfortunately we could not use because our dog was in heat and the dachshund was very interested)! I'd love to do it again, but without the languishing poodle.

Very practical apartment with a nice view and everything we needed - close to a beautiful forest and public transport right in front of the door.

We had a great stay in this really very pretty, clean and well-equipped apartment. There is really nothing missing here and the standard is definitely above what we are used to from Airbnbs. Communication with Helena was also very friendly and easy, without being intrusive. We would mist definitely visit again.

Everything was great! The beds were very cozy and the use of the wellness area was definitely a highlight.

We spent a few wonderful days in Thuringia over Pentecost and can absolutely recommend the accommodation! The apartment was beautifully furnished – modern, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I was particularly enthusiastic about the in-house sauna - perfect for relaxing after a long hike through the fantastic nature of the surroundings. The location is also great: Quietly located, but with the car everything is good and quickly accessible – both beautiful hiking trails and shopping facilities and excursion destinations in the region. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
