During the summer and winter season our guests can use the facility's SPA, pool and shuttle to the skiing area, all at a small charg. It sleeps 11 in 4 bedrooms. 2 x king bedrooms, 1 x twin bedroom (2 single beds) and a room for 5, with 2 sets of bunk beds and a pull out bed. It is furnished to a high standard and has stunning views of the Rila mountains and ski slopes. It has a private in-house sauna plus shared hot tub and heated swimming pool (ski season) in the main building - pool towels are provided. The complex also has a lovely bistro and mini mart.

The apartment is located 10-12 minutes walking from the gondola and 5 minutes walking distance to the beginning of the old pedestrian street with the shops and restaurants leading to the city center. The apartment is equipped with essential amenities - laundry machine, big fridge and coffee machine, which will allow you to enjoy your stay to the maximum. The balcony is facing the slopes and has a beautiful view to the mountain.

It is one of the very few apartments with a fireplace in the area, which makes it unique and high on demand. It is suitable for both short and long stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking ware, utensils, washing machine, stove, oven and a fridge. It's ideal for a couple, however it can accommodate up to 4 people if needed.

The hosts holds chickens and grows an organic vegetable garden as well as an orchard with various fruit trees.
