We enjoyed our stay very much, it is a beautiful house with a garden and an incredible view. There is absolute peace and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. It fulfilled all our expectations and we will definitely come back.

Amazing, well equipped villa in beautiful surroundings. Such a peaceful place to unwind and relax. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and the place suited us to a tee! Loads of space (far more than the photos let on), stunning views, amazing ‘top deck’ with outside kitchen/pool/shower. Bedrooms were lovely and roomy, with nearly all having en suites and air-con, panoramic views. Definitely recommend this place to large groups/families, truly memorable. Ana Maria and Amin were absolutely fantastic hosts. Meeting us for check in, showing us around and very quick to respond to any questions we had. So nice, thank you!

We had a great time at Nick's! The accommodation is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and beautiful walks easily accessible. Location is a good option to visit Grenada if you are motorized. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and very warm! We quickly felt at ease there. Nick was easy to reach, helpful and very concerned that our stay went smoothly! We highly recommend this listing!

This is a lovely property for two people. It is very well looked after and has everything that you could need. The location is wonderful and the hosts are very nice people. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in a beautiful village with the most welcoming locals, Nicki was so responsive and helpful, we were provided with lots of welcome goodies which was very kind, the view from the gorgeous roof terrace especially at sunset, We visited during Easter and it was wonderful to see how the community come together to celebrate, the processions are very moving and emotional, loved it. There are lots of lovely hikes to other villages on the doorstep and the nature park which is stunning. We used Jose at Competa Taxis for airport transfers etc who was excellent. 👌🇪🇸💃😘

The farmhouse is in a fantastic location with wonderful views. Peter was extremely helpful and very friendly. The house was very well equipped making for a very enjoyable holiday. We will be going back

It was a really nice time spent at the Michael’s place. Really fast respond for every message. The only one disadvantage was a huge amount of wasps around the swimming pool.

The views are breathtaking from the patio/terrace. Finca Martina is our little santuary, always very clean, welcoming and just a short 10min drive into competa, The office is in Competa and our main contact there is Martina, nothing is too much trouble. We often sit in the square at our favourite resteraurant watching the locals going about their business. (Awsome food). 30 mins away is Balcon de europa, it's beautiful! Nice little streets with shops and resteraurants. Weve explored places like Gibraltar, Rhonda, Granada all within a couple of hours if you are happy to drive and explore.

Roberto was great to deal with and very friendly on our arrival. The house was lovely, very well equipped and was a perfect location as we were visiting friends in the village. The place was very clean and had some lovely features and a spacious terrace that had fantastic views. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when we visit next.

We spent a week in Nadia's cottage and we liked it very much. It is quiet and the garden is beautiful. A real oasis to rest and recharge. Nadia is very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended for people who simply want peace and quiet, without much action and nightlife, but enjoy hiking and exploring the rugged beauty of the Sierra Nevada. It was perfect for us! 10/10 location with a gorgeous 5star view. Near excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention only a 14 minute drive to the clear water beaches of nerja. This Airbnb will give you all of the above with beautiful views in every room of the house to the interior Spanish touch on the inside lovely would be an understatement. Thank you Jaqueline for being a tentative host as well.

Everything has been beyond our expectations, the house, the location, the old town and the VIEW 🤩. Note that to get views like this you need to be high up so you will get your daily exercise included 💪. It is so close to everything! Even it looks far down to the beach, the walk was just a couple of minutes. You will find bars, restaurants and shopping within minutes from the house. I highly recommend this lovely townhouse and Ryszard as a host 👌 Nos vemos pronto ☀️😍

The apartment is fantastically located in the middle of the old town, and still close to the beach and promenade. Beautiful roof terrace. We had a lovely extended weekend in CasaLola and can recommend it to others who need to spend time in beautiful Almunecar.

A rare find! Really good standard - clean, comfortable, has great views, quiet & peaceful. The host has good taste in decoration, so makes the stay more unique. We stayed for 10 days, so decided to shopped for food to last us around 3 days, before going down to replenish our supplies. All mod cons in the property were provided, so can easily lock yourself away. Swimming pool is superb & we ended up in there 2-3 times a day. Heated pool an advantage during cooler days, but decided it wasn't necessary during end of May. Dirk (host) was also at the ready to respond to questions about the property & area - he was prompt & always very helpful and respectful. Only thing I have to mention is that the drive up can be unnerving for some (for my wife, not me), but suggest taking it slow & easy in daylight, and once you do it a couple of times it's perfectly fine - and btw, wife loves it despite the drive! This could very well be one of my regular getaways and I would happily stay here again.

Elisa’s villa is well located, close to the beach front, kitchen is very well equipped which we loved. The beds are comfortable and the fire place is a plus. I highly recommend this place ! Thank you Elisa !

We had the perfect holiday from holidays in Spain. The place is private and we felt right at home. we love this place, and the adventurous drive in made it even more memorable.

We had such a wonderful time at Finca Parisio. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are amazing, the place is gorgeous with lots of attention to detail. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to visit again soon.

We could have spent all day eating, drinking and relaxing on the lovely terrace taking in the stunning views of Almunecar. It was such a lovely place to relax. We were two families, there was plenty of room and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Impressive lounge and dining room, which we were lucky with the weather so were barely inside, the pool was great to take a cooling dip in. The hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this house. In about 15 mins you can walk down to 3 or 4 nice restaurants- some open all day, some only for lunch. We also walked all the way into Almunecar along the coast.

Great rental, thank you again, very quiet sea view, clean villa with all amenities. Possibility to make barbecues, fish market on Motril 20 min away or just down the street, breakfast possible nearby churros, hot chocolate ect..., Almuñecar is a very quiet but dynamic city on a human scale, away from the noise of big cities like Malagà. We enjoyed the pool, convenient outdoor shower, double access to the Villa via the stairs. Thanks again, we had a great vacation.

It was great at Patrice's home. Patrice received us in the evening, when we were actually supposed to arrive in the afternoon but our flight was delayed. The house is exactly as in the pictures. The beach is nearby, about 10 minutes drive. Also the supermarkets are about 10 mins drive away. You do need a car to get around. Patrice came to check regularly if we needed anything. Thanks Patrice, we enjoyed it. Also from Betty, the sweet cat!!

Frank's house is amazing offer for anyone looking for calm, semi-secluded place. It comfortably hosts 4 people. We spent our time enjoying stunning views from the terrace and relaxing in the pool. Many of Andalusia's top attractions (Ronda, Caminito del Rey, Alhambra) are 1-2 hours drive away. Frank is very helpful and always responds to messages, self check-in was straightforward. 5/5
