It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal zu Gast bei Milena. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig, wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen. (Dank des Fliegengitters) In der Nähe befindet sich eine sehr gute Bäckerei und einige sehr gute Restaurants. Der Sandstrand ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine E–Ladestation. Milena stand uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Le logement correspondait à l’annonce et était propre. L’endroit est au calme dans la campagne. Valentina et sa famille étaient très amicaux, réactifs et arrangeants. Ils nous ont servis au restaurant le soir alors qu’il était complet. Le petit déjeuner était bon et très complet.

Es war wunderschön. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Straße und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Den unteren Garten und die Terrasse hat man für sich alleine. Es gibt einen schattigen Frühstücks- und Essensplatz und Liegestühle. Für uns hat es keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und unterstützen einen, wo man kann. Wirklich mega nett!!! Von der Gegend haben wir wegen des schlechten Wetters allerdings dann am Ende nicht viel gesehen. Die Wohnung selbst war dafür so, dass das nicht schlimm war. Wir konnten uns gut entspannen und hatten wirklich ausreichend Platz und Ruhe in der geräumigen Wohnung. Es war soooo super schön!!!!

Wir hatten eine schönen Urlaub, die Anlage liegt ruhig und hat eine bezaubernde Aussicht, hier kann man perfekt abschalten und hat seine Privatsphäre. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt, die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls top ausgestattet und der große Pool perfekt um sich abzukühlen mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür ist zwar Felsig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommen gerne wieder.

We didn’t want to leave! What a fantastic break. Ivana was always there to help, and regularly checked if we were ok. The view, the balcony, the hot tub - all amazing. All of the little details have been thought of. We used the bbq twice, which was a real treat and ate outside most nights. We felt at home and completely relaxed. A car is required, and we drove to some of the beautiful beaches near Opatija. Highly recommend and hope to return one day! Thank you
