A large forest with numerous walking opportunities is within walking distance. It is a whole apartment that extends over the entire 2nd floor.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully located Deilbachtal, we offer an approximately 60 square meter detached holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with a 180 x 650 box-spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living room consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room with private bathroom and separate entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

We have chosen our very own style for our "Dachskuhle". Constructed from sustainable materials, we want our guests to feel at home. A direct access from the free parking lot leads to the covered terrace to the entrance door. Our living / sleeping area has a comfortable box spring bed . The new country kitchen is fully equipped.
