There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Cozy studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with its own bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
