This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Juan. Mariano was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. The home was clean, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could need. My husband and I traveled with our 22 month year old daughter and it was the perfect setup for us. Mariano provided a pack and play, high chair, stroller, baby/toddler pool floats, beach toys, wagon/umbrella/gear/cooler for the beach, etc. It was so nice to not have to travel with those items and we were very impressed with the quality of everything provided. The real highlight for us was the wonderful private patio & pool - it was a perfect size for us to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location is ideal - 1 block to the beach, a few blocks to tons of restaurants, a 15 min drive to Old San Juan or the Airport, and a 45 min drive to El Yunque. This Airbnb far exceeded my expecations - book it ASAP.

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

I had an incredible stay at this charming Airbnb right in the heart of Old San Juan. The location couldn't be more perfect — walking distance to all the historic sites, colorful streets, and fantastic local eateries. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Alejandro was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and always available to offer great recommendations or assistance. His warmth and hospitality made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Old San Juan. I would definitely come back!

This stay was amazing me. The room is perfect for 4ppl. Kitchenette was nice and so was the bathroom. The view is AMAZING from the balcony. Thank you Ruben you were great this place 10/10

Loved this place!! It was the first time my parents ever stayed at an Airbnb. They’re elderly and were nervous about it at first, but they loved the house! Wilfredo was responsive for any and all questions I had. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe at all times. We were so grateful for all the amenities, especially the beach chairs, cooler and towels! It saved us from having to spend money and buy beach amenities. We would definitely return!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

We had such a great time. We are a family of 8 and fit just right. There was an added sleeping cot in the master bedroom. The beach was just a walk away right behind the home. Home was clean and maintained. I recommend bug spray because of surrounding natural environment there are lots of mosquitoes bite at night if your outside. Great location. Not too far from San Juan airport only 1 hour away and with a rental we got to everywhere in good timing.

We had a great stay at Mi Casita! Nelson greeted us at the door and was very helpful. We loved to hear the sounds of the Coquis, made the one night stay very peaceful! Nelson was kind enough to offer us some coffee on our way out. Don’t hesitate booking Mi Casita!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing time at this Hacienda! The house is beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The peaceful atmosphere and perfect climate meant we didn’t even need air conditioning. The entertainment options were excellent, and the heated pool and spacious outdoor area were the highlights for our family – perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The hostess Coral was incredibly attentive and always available to answer any questions or offer helpful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful and relaxing experience that we’re already thinking about returning. Highly recommended!

The house itself was located in a area that was close to several of the things we wanted to see and do. It was had everything we needed to make a girls week out of. We enjoyed all the amenities, visiting with the neighborhood kitties, and taking in the vibe. Would definitely come back again. They were very responsive if we had questions. The only thing it lacked that we wouldve liked, was a safe.

We had an amazing stay!! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The place itself was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, it was pretty quiet. Really appreciated Glenda's responsiveness to any of our questions and really appreciated her recommendations as well, would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Carol’s place was beautiful. The inside was spotless and smelled clean. The view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony was amazing. Carol was very accommodating and provided multiple suggestions, including activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!
