Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vega Baja

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

This is our second time staying in Monte Niebla, beautiful place and surroundings. Eileen and her staff were very responsive and the place has everything you need just bring your groceries and you can cook anything. The pool has a nice heater and you can enjoy the pool till late night. We also try the Panaderia close to the house super convenient. Overall was a great experience. We definitely coming back, thanks Eileen for sharing your beautiful place with us. The charcuterie was delicious and it when well with the wine. Thanks again!

Luis Alberto and Jessica’s place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. If you’re looking for a secluded escape, this is the perfect spot — tucked away in nature with a stunning view that took our breath away every day. The setting was serene and quiet, ideal for unwinding and disconnecting. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a bit of tranquility.

We urgently needed a place to stay for a couple of nights after our previous Airbnb cancelled. Michael's place was a pleasant surprise, and honestly a blessing in disguise. He was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed staying at his place.

Wilfredo and Maritza made us have dream vacation, nearby beach, shopping center, restaurants. This place is a 5 stars airbnb and very private. I recommend this place and will definitely go back again for my next vacation.

Very homey and beautiful! I would 100% recommend for couples who want to just get away and enjoy their time together. Alejandro was an amazing host, he communicated greatly with me about checking in, and also shared an helpful list of places to try and what to do when visiting. I was definitely satisfied with my stay!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

LaRhonda was an amazing host!! She had such amazing decor to her home, provided extra things like beach supplies and even a welcoming letter for myself and other guests. Everything was comfortable, clean, and smelling good, she also provided us with information on places we could visit that were close in the area as well! I even used the beautiful balcony to help my daughter ask her now girlfriend to be her official girlfriend, everything was perfect! The only con for us were the stairs leading to the front door, they were a bit steep. We’re heavy packers so we had to be extra careful hauling our luggage up to the second floor. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well maintained home ☺️!!

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Nice private quiet place, comfortable to sleep, vehicle needed to get in and out of place, surroundings are so beautiful and host is very responsive, I recommend this Casita Cialeña

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, local tips, and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The property itself is stunning — perfectly named, as it's quite literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!
