It was fun at HR Residency, place is peaceful with no disturbance outside. You will get a beautiful view from your balcony. Blinkit and Zomato is also available at the location. Plus, you can easily walk for some good nearby cafes or bakery. Overall it's totally worth it.

The place was exactly shown as we saw in pictures… Great hospitality and Divine experience of Ganga Aarti.. Overall a nice experience. The only problem was there was too much light in the room so could not sleep in day time

The homestay was nearby from the city but also away from it's hustle and bustle. Rekha Ji provided home cooked delicious meals and I definately recommend to someone who is looking for a peaceful homely stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and quiet, but still close to the Ganga and all the main attractions. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host, Abhijeet was incredibly welcoming and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Waking up to the sound of birds and having chai on the balcony with mountain views was pure bliss. Amazing place …. Just like the pictures… its a new apartment complex with a lift which was a boon for old parents travelling with us.. place is super nice and worth the money paid. The hosts are super responsive and are available for any needs you might have.

Everything was perfect. it was spot-on. Ngl this was better than even my home. and there were two cutie golden retrievers downstairs too. Felt right at home(better).

our stay was great& comfortable, The only thing they should improve they put the darker curtains, Because from the morning there was sunlight & we were feeling very hot though the cooling of the A,C was perfectly fine, And another thing was sometimes shortage of water , But whenever we contact the caretaker he switch on the water pump & the problem was solved within 5/10 minutes,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shivangi’s homestay in tapovan, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and genuine. Shivangi went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering local tips, delicious meals (if applicable), and thoughtful touches that made the stay feel personal and memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated, a private balcony, a fast Wi-Fi, etc. The home itself is situated in a beautiful area, the surroundings briefly, like “just a short walk from the laxman jhula market”. What stood out most was the atmosphere—it felt less like a hotel and more like home.

Good stay

I came with my family of 12 peoples including children. First of all, the place was unexpectedly beyond expectations. Everyone was just like WOW, what a house. It was a very newly built property, with all the amenities nd decorated really beautifully. For a family gathering, nothing could have been the best. We all enjoyed the kitchend nd group cooking as kitchen is very spacious. Also, the location is at very quite place, so u feel very relaxed nd calm also. Shops r nearby to buy all the groceries. At no point of time, we could feel that we are away from home. We all were feeling like we were enjoying at any of ours home only. Next time, we will surely come to this place itself. Also, Urvashi the caretaker, She also helped us with everything at one call itself. So, all in all we r still longing for the place now also.

This is one place where we could really enjoy God’s created mountains. This is for now away from human destruction. You can see mountains without houses and garbage which is a rare sight these days. We have been to Rohtang and the mountains there are filled with garbage and human excretion. We have been to Simla, Manali, Dalhousie, McLeodganj, Kasauli, Mussoorie etc. However, all those mountains are weeping under the pressure of matchbox like construction. I doubt if the virginity of this place would remain so for long but it is worth enjoying till it is there. A humble request to visitors would be to not pollute the place and be decent enough to pick the garbage thrown by human beings.

Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going hassle-free. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and the price was very reasonable for what we got.
