Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Generous dining area inside, cozy living room with fireplace and comfortable armchairs, large outdoor deck with outdoor furniture 60 sqm. Beautiful nature, relaxing environment, 300m to the lake. The nearest swimming area in Åby, about 4 km (suitable also for children). The house is always tidy on arrival and we expect you to return it in the same condition. Cleaning materials, equipment for your own cleaning is available. Towels and bed linen at no charge.

We are living on a cape with water around us. Across our double garage, we have an apartment with all the comforts. Has access to your own jetty with bath. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacy, liquor stores and pizzerias are within about 2 km radius. Good bus communications to the city center. About 1 km to bus station. Close to golf clubs. A few restaurants within about 2 km radius.

The cottage "Sjöbranten" is surrounded by trees down to a lake. There are no visible neighbors so here you can enjoy the quiet tranquility of the forest. Private bathing jetty with rowboat, inflatable kayaks, paddle board and assorted bath animals. Terrace from where the lake view can be enjoyed The house is not luxurious but spacious, cozy and located incredibly lovely. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 extra beds in unheated annex. Note: The bathroom floor has set, which means that baths must be put in the bathtub

House Fridhem is located 30 meters from lake Furen in the old village Härlöv in the middle of the idyllic countryside in Småland in Sweden. The house is completely renovated with the old style from year 1930 preserved while including all the modern comforts and internet/satellite TV. Large house by lake in Småland, 30 minutes from Växjö. Spacious and tasteful rooms and all you need to relax. 80 m to a small beach of your own and any number of great spots within walking or biking distance. 7 km to Braås with good supermarket. Grill and garden furniture. Wood fired sauna in the outhouse. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep.
