Le gîte dispose d'une cuisine intégrée, d'un séjour, un espace salon au rez de chaussée, 2 grandes suites parentale avec vue, douche XL, lit 160 cm, une chambre standard avec douche et deux lits jumelables. At the foot of the Vercors, the trails are within walking distance from the house (trail, hiking, mountain biking). We swim in the Drome 15 minutes away, food 5 minutes away (village of Upie). Possibility to provide sheets and towels(10 euros per person.

Kitchen, stovetop, microwave and convection oven, fridge, freezer. Very good 4G, TV and DVD player.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

You can also explore the surroundings, up to Die and its Clairette, or the extraordinary perched synclinal of Saoû!

Charming studio in the heart of the village of Allex

Located in the Drôme, the studio is independent, on the ground floor of a stone house, facing a flowery and wooded garden. Bright in the afternoon, cool in summer, it is fully equipped with kitchenette and bar table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and classic toilet. Two beds are available: a 120 x 200 cm bed in the bedroom and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed in the main room.
