This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers one bedroom with bunk bed and room for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with top quality furniture and amenities. June - August takes place weekly rentals.

Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. The accommodation offers a unique experience of relaxation by the lakeside, featuring a private sauna, hot tub, and a tranquil relaxation area right by the water with its own jetty. Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

This cozy apartment is only 250 meters from the beautiful Lake Vättern, where there is a swimming area & beach promenade, which is very nice to take to the city & harbor with very good & cozy restaurants. It is about 1 km to the city center. Outside the junction, there is a bike path that also leads to the city center. On the way to the city center, there is a sports hall with soccer fields and a skateboard park about 400 meters from the apartment.
