Daniele and Sandra are a young couple who, despite having only recently started their hosting business, have proven to be at the level of those who already have experience. They were as professional in their punctuality and precision in their answers as they were kind in providing information and suggestions, and they were available for dialogue and present but without any intrusion. It was a pleasure to chat and discover similarities in our thinking. Living in the house, unexpectedly even more beautiful than in the photos, was comfortable in every respect, also thanks to the presence of a sweet cat that welcomed us when the rest of the family was absent. Thanks and goodbye!

We had a great time, with our dogs. The facilities are a 15/20-minute drive away. great, we'll be back!

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

The house is very large, clean and complete with everything, each room is equipped with air conditioning. The location is excellent with just over half an hour you can reach the Trabocchi, the gorges of San Martino, Roccascalegna. Ten minutes from there is also the path that leads to the waterfall of San Giovanni. The village of Guardiagrele is very interesting to visit. Sunday and Luciano were thoughtful and helpful hosts.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! Cristiano was a very helpful host with local recommendations and being very responsive. The pool and gardens were beautiful. Our eight month crawled up his first set of stairs while there - will be a memory that stays with us. Also there was an excellent music collection you could play and a beautiful kitchen to cook in!

We had a great stay in Erwin's beautiful and spacious house. The house was comfortable and equipped with every comfort for us, during the winter period. Erwin is extensive information about the region and his very welcoming reception were great. We have not received such extensive information about the region before. The view from the house is magnificent. You will see snowy mountain peaks and the sea on the other side. The house is easy to heat with central heating and pellet stove. The kitchen is big and equipped with everything. Two bathrooms and bedrooms. From the house, the beautiful region of Abruzzo is easy to get around by car. We would love to come back during warmer days to use the lovely outdoor space as well.

A great place to stay, well located and walking distance to the town square and restaurants. Correspondence was great, including restaurant suggestions. The pool is excellent, photos don’t do it justice! The property was a lot bigger than expected. Only negative is that the first floor single beds aren’t singles they aren’t suitable for adults and the lift broke, which was a bit of an inconvenience for my father in law. However, the cots and bed bumpers provided for kids were good. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

the location is fantastic, a villa immersed in the greenery of the Pescaresi countryside! It is a fairytale place ideal for parties or to stay with groups of friends or families! Drop-dead gorgeous property and location! The house and grounds are well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location is perfect if you are looking for a bit of quiet and seclusion (with a 5 minute climb down to a perfect beach). I would recommend having a vehicle if you are looking to explore the surrounding area.

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time, we enjoyed the pool and the flat was very nice! Christina was very helpful regarding the flat, amenities and other questions we had. We would absolutely recommend this place!

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and one child for 10 days in Villa Miranda. The house is super spacious, space is more than enough. The location is ideal. Somewhat outside, but beach, city and supermarket are reachable by car in a short time. We spent most of the time at the pool, which is in great condition and clean. The landlady is super nice and helpful. Would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately the vacation was over.

This is a remarkable property. It’s a large, attractive, comfortable, & stately home with spacious grounds, including many trees, lawn areas, free parking, and a pool. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a dishwasher (no microwave). Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body wash (despite being listed among the amenities), and the WiFi is barely adequate (it works only in the downstairs living room). The home is just outside of Vasto, a nice town with an attractive historic center, on a ridge with views of Vasto Marina (beach area), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. The hosts were helpful & responsive. We had a very restful stay, and our grandson loved the foosball! Highly recommended!

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay in a very quiet area of vastness. Access to many restaurants and lots of activities within a twenty-minute drive. Matteo is very helpful and not at all intrusive. The entire set of accommodations is very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event.
