The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Kelvista is a fully contained one bedroom bangolow in Busselton, with queen bed, bathrobes sleeps two. 100 mtrs from the shores of beautiful Geographe Bay, No leavers . approx 6 kms from the town of Busselton and approx 15 kms from the town of Dunsborough. Right on the door step of the Margaret River Region so you can enjoy many of the award winning wines. With luxurious bath robes and a coffee machine to use. Sit on the deck or down the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. No Leavers.

Gorgeous, self contained one room Studio, separate from main house. Very central location, minutes walk to beach and Busselton Jetty. Cafes, bars and supermarkets all walking distance. Separate guest entry, private car parking. Sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1-2 small children. Toddler bed and portacot available on request prior to arrival. A perfect base for tourists of Busselton and Margaret River Region or participants in local Sport or Arts Events. Self check in.

Small Farm Stay next to Margaret River wine Region

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

Boanning Bayside

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available)

Home by the Bay in Busselton

You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.

Opposite small park in a very short quiet street, 2 minute walk to beach and beachfront cycle/walkway. Busselton Jetty is approx. 3km. Short walking distance to corner store, bakery, liquor outlet and drive through coffee. Secure lock up for bikes, fishing gear and etc. Undercover and lock up garage parking for car. NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ABSOLUTELY NO SCHOOLIES

Olive Cottage

Olive Cottage is the larger of our 2 cottages situated on our small cattle farm. It has beautiful rural views overlooking pastures and lake. We are just 15/20 minutes from Busselton and Dunsbrough and just 7 minutes to Vasse where there is Coles supermarket and Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market as well as several small shops
