What a wonderful experience ! The agent Dimitra was so responsive and the owners Maria and George own the Rotsis bakery up the road. Maria came every morning with fresh omelettes ( mine were shrimp) amazing local yoghurt , warm bread and pastries and fresh espressos. Nothing was too much and we were very spoiled. The location is perfect ! Its own private beach and a two minute walk along the water front to the port and amazing restaurants. Absolutely stunning in every way !!!!! Great place. Great location. Fabulous host. The place is perfect, exactly as you see in the photos. Close to the water, lovely garden, lots of birdsong, mountain backdrop. Nice neighbourhood, good neighbours. The location is great, close to town but private & quiet. Also a perfect location from which to explore the island. Katerina is a fabulous host. Whatever you want from your stay she will get it right. Whether that is to feel like a local & part of the family, or if you want privacy & seclusion, or help & guidance. Highly recommended.

La grosse plus value de cet appartement est la magnifique vue sur la mer, qui offre un endroit paisible, d'autant plus qu'il est excentré de la route, ce qui rend l'endroit très calme et reposant. Notre hôte est très facile d'accès, sympathique et répond très vite. Il a su se montrer disponible, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Une superbe petite plage intimiste aux eaux turquoises n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pied ! Nous recommandons sans problème !

Ik raad deze accomodatie echt absoluut aan! De zolder is erg ruim en schoon en beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. De ligging is ook goed, het is dichtbij het busstation en bij het centrum. Maar wat deze ruimte echt de moeite waard maakt en ook echt onderscheid van andere Airbnb's, is de ontzettend goede service die de eigenaresse bied. Ze reageert snel, is flexibel en staat echt voor je klaar. Er was tijdens mijn verblijf iets mis en ze heeft gelijk goed gereageerd ondanks het tijdstip waarop ik contact met haar opnam en het feit dat het niet eens haar fout was, en ze heeft mij vastberaden geholpen totdat ze zeker wist dat alles weer goed was. Dimitra doet echt moeite voor haar gasten, op een manier die ik nog niet eerder meegemaakt heb en heel speciaal is!

Very nice and friendly people! Can't recommend this place more... Great view, quiet place, beach is 30 meters away, couple of good restaurants.. The host is super helpful and generous, they also clean your apartment once a day which was very pleasant surprise! The place is hidden gem and deserves more recognition!

Loved our stay, everything was perfect. Apartment was spotless, pristine bedding & towels with beach towels provided. Great balcony area & great size for the 4 of us to sit with drinks & meals (lovely shade as it was just so hot). The pool & outside area was spotless with great beds to relax on, & also outside shower. Nothing was to much trouble & we were made to feel very welcome. Spyros replied immediately to any questions & helped with any queries we had. Recommending local attractions, restaurants etc. The apartment was minutes away from the harbour, bars etc but so peaceful where we were situated. Would totally recommend for a lovely stay in Nydri

We had all information from Katia beforehand, and she's very quick to answer so any questions or problems were quickly resolved. The appartment was pleasant and clean, and quite well-equipped. The area is fairly calm for being so central, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy the small town and also go explore the island by car.

Maria is the perfect host! Always aproachable and helpful. Nothing is ever too much. The property is comfortable and the views from the balcony over the Vassiliki bay are amazing. We can certainly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous views of the sea. Extremely private. We loved the outdoor space, especially the veranda, the sun chairs & umbrellas. You need a car but It is an easy 5 min drive to the closest beach with plenty of free parking even in high season. The house is a good size for 2 families (4 teen/preteen kids) but the 2 apts are not equal. The downstairs apt is small and 1 of the 2 bedrooms is very small w no a/c. The 2 families primarily used the upstairs apt and the older kids slept in the downstairs apt, using that living room as a bedroom. We didn’t use the 2nd small pool at all. A couple flags - In high season, on the weekend, it took well over an hour to go from lefkada port to the villa. While google maps predicted about 4.5 hour drive from Athens airport, it took us more like 7 hours (8 with stops). To access the villa, you must drive along a gravel path, which is poorly maintained with a few deep holes. Drive very slowly to avoid damaging your car. That said, it’s well worth it!

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione; molto bella la zona esterna con i gazebo in cui si ha una splendida vista della baia. Ho apprezzato il fatto che, ogni giorno, venissero svuotati tutti i cestini e il cambio asciugamani a metà soggiorno. L'host è presente, disponibile e molto gentile.

Very nice and quiet place with warm people, even AC was not available when we book the accommodation, till we arrive, a device was already in function. I recomend this property! Thanks for the nice place!

It’s the perfect place with everything so close by but still quiet enough to have some peace and quiet. Our favourite part was the small window in the shower so we had a view at the same time! (No one can see in don’t worry!)

Very nice apartment next to the beach. Perfect place for family vacation. We liked a lot the common barbecue area.

Am liebsten würden wir unendlich viele Sterne geben, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und haben jetzt auch eine Familie in Lefkada, so herzlich wurden wir aufgenommen. Auch ihre Kinder haben sich toll um unsere gekümmert. Sie waren tolle Gastgeber und immer mit Rat und Hilfe zur Stelle und haben uns auch so viele Leckereien immer wieder geschenkt. Es war toll. Die Unterkunft ist super geschnitten und hat alles was eine Familie braucht, sie ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Garten. Lefkada ist eine wunderschöne Insel, mit Tollen Stränden und Buchten. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Beides empfehlen wir mit gutem Gewissen weiter, diese wundervolle Unterkunft mit den herzlichsten Gastgebern und die wunderschöne Insel.

Susana is a wonderful host - super responsive, replied very quickly and gave us a lot of tips! She did everything to ensure we had a perfect stay! The place also had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a stunning view from the balcony and had a clean and peacefull beach nearby! I would definetely stay here again - thank you Susana for the amazing location and being a wonderful host!

Ani è un host molto comprtente, la struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato è un piccolo angolo di pace a due passi da spiagge meravigliose. Se avete desiderio di venire ad Itaca vale la pena soggiornare da lei!

My husband and I stayed at Emma’s Cottage for one week in mid-June and absolutely loved it. The weather was fantastic, and the views from the cottage were simply beautiful — especially overlooking the bay. The location is ideal, just a 6–8 minute walk to Paleros, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants to choose from. There’s a lovely swimming beach close to town (about a 6-minute walk), and another more secluded beach roughly 12 minutes away on foot, just past Neilson’s. It’s a public beach with a small café and a restaurant, marked as Sunset Beach Bar on Google Maps. There are a few steps down to the beach, but it’s well worth it. The cottage itself is perfect for a couple, with an open-plan kitchen and bedroom. The jacuzzi was a highlight — relaxing with incredible views over Paleros Bay. There’s safe parking directly in front of Emma’s Cottage, which made things super convenient. While there’s a small grocery store in town, we’d recommend having a car, as a larger supermarket is

Everything about our stay here was amazing! The accommodation and area of Agios Nikita’s surpassed our expectations. The terrace was larger than we thought and only being 2 min walk from the town and beach was amazing. We would recommend this to anybody coming to Lefkada. Plenty of great places to eat and drink right outside the door. Beware of the walk from the car up the hill if you miss the closer spots to the village! Best to do this in the morning or evening during the summer months.
