The aparment was cozy, neat and is equipped with all you need to have a calm family vacation by the sea. There is a spacious outdoor area with playgrounds and private places. The small private pebble beach is within the complex and has good shnorheling spots nearby. Lucy is very responsive and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this place! The communication was smooth and prompt, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the location is incredible: beautiful ocean views and a 3 mins walk - via a private entrance - to the beach. Great communication with the hosts and the local recommendations for boat hire companies and restaurants with high chair facilities were very helpful. Aris and Anna also organized a WiFi router for us - so great! While there is a beach club close by to the house and we could sometimes hear faint music being played from the club, it didn't disturb us - especially when we discovered that the beach club was super chic and we could eat delicious meals there (we went there 3 times during our stay!). Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Its an ideal spot from where you can go to different towns, cities beaches. Of course with a car. Thessaloniki is in an hour, also Kavala. Stavros is very near and a nice place. Also Asprovalta. We were traveling around, going to different places but after were having quiet rest in the house. The terrace is amazing. The view is wonderful. The garden with many fruit trees and birds songs. The house was clean and cozy. The price is very good for all of this. We definitely would go back there. Had a great vacation time. So, thank you, Neoklis. We saved your phone number and some nice memories.

The villa is just a bit outside the village of Stratoniki. Though located in calm surroundings (one neighbouring house), 200 meters from the main road, it is easily accessible. The beach is 12 minutes away by car, the village 3 minutes. It had all the necessary amenities, check in arrangements were flawless and the host provided some valuable information on the surroundings/things to do. The communication with Katerina was prompt and to the point - definite recommendation.

Very good, convenient home in quiet neighborhood. I would choose it again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!
