Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Varna Municipality

Къщата е голяма и просторна и изглежда по-добре в действителност, отколкото на снимките. Има всичко необходимо и екстра плюс за климатика, миялната машина и барбекюто 😃. Комуникцията с Ангел е бърза и лесна. Единственият минус е, че не беше много чисто. Но като цяло си изкарахме страхотно и препоръчваме мястото!

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

C'est la 2e fois que nous logeons chez Mladen. Il est très accueillant et réactif. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux, très confortable et idéalement situé, permettant de se déplacer à pieds au centre de Varna et jusqu'à la plage !

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and all necessary devices. The residence is secure and is located in a quiet area. Beautiful fenced area with a swimming pools. The whole complex is new and excellently maintained. We had a private parking space. The communication with Nicole and Katia was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a quality stay!!! Thanks again for everything!

Emil is a great and responsive host! He was very welcoming and despite the fact that we came later than expected, he waited for us patiently and the check-in process went smoothly. The apartment looks even better in real life than on the pictures. The location is perfect, anything you need is in 10/15 minutes walking distance!

Гарний господар , вчасно відповідає на повідомлення . Проживання з собакою було комфортним. До моря пішки 10хв , тихе місце для сімейного відпочинку. На території є мангал , можна смажити вечерю. Дякую ☺️

Had a good stay, the accommodation was an ideal combination for my requirements. I needed something close to the centre (10 - 15 min walk), for an extended stay (half holiday, half work), at short notice, with good Internet. Also, as I stayed a few weeks Tatyana was kind enough to offer to arrange the washing of some clothes, thanks indeed.

The apartment is at the very heart of the town, everything is at a walkable reach - beach, restaurants, clubs, parks. Also being in the city centre (but in a quiet street), there were many shops and services around. The apartment itself is quite spacious and with air conditioning (which is needed especially during the night ). The only disadvantage is that the whole area was under construction so difficult to walk around on the pavement however hopefully this will soon be over.

One of the most beautiful apartments I've spent my vacation in. Really well designed with everything you need and with a big space. It is positioned right next to the beach, with many shops and restaurants to choose from. Location of the apartment is easy to find!

Sehr schön, um dort einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, schickes und sauberes Haus mit allem drum und dran.

Gazda foarte amabilă. Loc liniștit și cu intimitate. Deși am stat doar o noapte, ne-am simțit foarte bine.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Jungs, die eine preisgünstige aber gute Unterkunft für unseren Besuch am Goldstrand benötigte. Hier waren wir gut aufgehoben, fühlten uns willkommen und hatten alles was man Standardmäßig benötigt. Zu fuß ist man in 20min am Goldstrand, hat aber auch näher Möglichkeiten, so wie einen nah gelegen Pool. All in All ein gelungener Urlaub!

The host was friendly and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to meet us when we had trouble finding it at night and made it a much better experience for our family.

Hospitality at its finest. The most amazing host so far. We felt better than home. This is now our go-to accommodation in Bulgaria for summer vacations. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible. It was an awesome experience and a great vacation. Thank you so much, Ugur! See you next year!
