Holiday rentals with a pool in Varna

Second time we stayed here, will definitely return.

Wonderful stay, excellent host and sparkling clean cottage! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Romantika. It is a cozy cottage that is equipped with all comforts. The decor is stylish and cozy, and the facilities were ample for our stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet and nice neighborhood, ideal for relaxation. What we especially noticed was how incredibly clean the cottage was. We have never had such a clean B&B, everything was taken care of to the last detail. This made our stay extra enjoyable. Next to this, we would like to thank the host for her warm welcome and helpfulness. She was always ready for us, responded quickly to questions and gave us excellent tips for the area. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. In short, Villa Romantika is absolutely recommended for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and carefree stay near Varna. We will definitely come back!

Very spacious and very clean villa. The pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance to get to Varna, you have to prioritize local taxis. Thierry is very available if needed, he responds quickly.

We had a great stay for the New Year’s Eve for a group of ten people. The place is very clean, looks exactly like the photos and is well equipped. The guest is very responsive and also very helpful. We would totally recommend it 10/10 ⭐️

We - as a family of four with two small daughters - felt very comfortable at Villa Sophia! The communication with Sophia and her mother went wonderfully. Everything was as described and the view and location were great. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly beautiful was the walking distance to the beautiful Pasha Dere beach with the Forest Beach restaurant. We slept well and we enjoyed the seclusion and privacy very much! We highly recommend it for vacationers who are looking for peace and seclusion and still want to be close to the beach and city.

Thanks Anna and Theo for your perfect hospitality. The Villa was one of the best places we've stayed at. Well equipped, perfectly maintained, sparkling clean, with fantastic facilities including the Jacuzzi, Spa and Sauna. Anna and Theo responded immediately to requests, had helpful local recommendations, and immediately helped with extending our stay due to a flight cancelation. The location is near multiple tourist attractions and the Albena beach. We stayed late September so was already off season but the weather was still warm for most of our stay. Thank you!

Just a great place. It’s just like the pictures, very comfortable, definitely not tight. The host it’s sooo nice, very communicative, respond every time when I reach him. Very very nice place, it’s one of my top list!

We are extremely happy with the stay! The apartment is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Has everything you need. The place was spotlessly clean and tidy. The building is nice, has a pool, gym and security is at a high level. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and to the restaurants. The host is extremely helpful and friendly. We recommend!

This apartment was exactly as described. Jan was a great host. We needed a very last minute reservation due to trip changes and Jan came through for us perfectly. The apartment had everything we needed, Extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels and toilet paper. There’s a drip coffee pot which is rare in Bulgaria Airbnbs. The property was clean and well maintained, which is also rare in Bulgaria. The balconies were pleasant to have coffee on in the mornings. Overall I would highly recommend Jan’s place. The area around the apartment feels like a ghost town or dead zone but if you want peace and quiet with a clean beach then you’ll be pleased. You will need a car to get to a part of town with any kind of restaurants or grocery stores. Make sure you visit the Aqua House mineral pools and sauna about 15mins away.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay. Very quiet, cozy and private, and the terrace is huge with a gorgeous view, creating a sense of space as well. It is equipped with everything you need for normal daily life. The location is super, there is everything you need around, and if needed it is a few minutes away from two stops through which you can get anywhere in the city. My stay was off summer season and I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature was super and not cold. Parking around is relatively easy, and if you are with a small car can also park in the yard, but it was difficult for me as it requires maneuvers and I am not a good driver. Theo is very hospitable, explains everything in detail, is proactive and cares constantly if everything is ok and reacts promptly to any request. I recommend.

Fab apartment! The pool is shared with others but that wasn’t a problem at all, it was great! The apartment was so clean and spacious, there was literally everything you need - all kitchen stuff, Netflix on TV, BBQ etc. The garden is also lovely. The location is a bit far out from the centre but perfect for visiting Varna centre (super cheap taxi) & Radjana beach which we loved. There’s ‘Hidden beach’ 15 mins walk away which is nice too. Kaloyan was super friendly as a host and quick communication! Thank you 😊
