Very beautiful, well-maintained house in a peaceful and well wooded place. Very kind and helpful hosts. Outdoor Area Agrabilissima and an otima barbecue area . The house has several household appliances, dishes… everything working ! It was very worth it !! I recommend

Simply spectacular stay! Starting with Fernando's service days before we started the rental, clarifying any and all doubts, extremely friendly. The house is beautiful, well organized, clean. The condominium is wonderful, it makes you want to live there! All my guests asked for a recommendation because, like me, they want to come back. The condominium has a market, and the house has many utensils, making the stay even easier.

The house is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos. Easy to access, and everything was very clean. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, and the pool area is excellent, with sun all day. The barbecue space is great, complete with all the necessary utensils. Jessica was super attentive, responding quickly to all my questions. Don't be afraid to rent it, the experience was amazing!

We spend 5 very pleasant days on site. Lívia is extremely polite, agile and very dear. She answers everything very carefully and any questions or support needed during our stay she promptly answered and resolved. The outdoor area with gourmet space, pool and beach tenis court is very nice and we spend most of the days enjoying these places. For those who like to play, I emphasize that the court is very good, sand quality and well integrated with pool and barbecue grill. Lívia gave us several recommendations from supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other nearby locations. In addition, he also referred us to a great employee who assisted us during the days we spent at the place keeping everything in order. We love staying in the house and intend to return as soon as possible.

Elis is an excellent Anfritian, very solicitous and attentive. Amamos, everything was perfect from start to finish, breakfast is an experience, served slowly and well completed, all very delicious! The place is paradisiac, lots of nature and peace! Great place for those looking to rest their mind and body! We will return more often for sure.

We were delighted with our experience! From the outset, the service by Elis and Gabi was excellent, with all the necessary instructions for a smooth arrival and a hassle-free self check-in. Upon arrival, we were amazed: the chalet space is huge and full of details that the photos cannot convey, with incredible landscapes, spacious swimming pool and a decoration that exudes peace. The duplex chalet is very well organized, clean and welcoming. The room on the ground floor had everything we needed, and the upper floor received us with a decorated bed, air conditioning, bathrobes and an amazing view. Breakfast standout, served exclusively in stages with everything done on the spot and fresh, something we had never tried before. We have returned renewed and have already planned to return with the family to share this amazing experience of tranquility and connection to nature.

Wonderful stay in Alphaville. Fábio was extremely attentive and exceeded our expectations in service, assisting us with everything and always available. The building is excellent, well located, with quick check-in, a garage and a market for emergency shopping! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, comfortable, well decorated and with all the necessary appliances (it even has a dryer). We will definitely stay with this host again. Super recommended! <3

The place is amazing. The cleaning is impeccable, from the cleaning of the rooms (with a super pleasant aroma) to the cleaning and organization of the open area and in common use. The breakfast is fully designed, freshly prepared and delicious. Anyway, perfect location, feeling of peace and tranquility all the time. We'll definitely be back.

Terezinha's house is more beautiful than in the photos. Very nice and comfortable, we were at 13 and we were very well settled. Lencois and clean towels were available to everyone, as well as a pool towel. The kitchen and barbecue area have all the necessary utensils, there was nothing missing. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, we had fun in the game room and strolled through the condominium, quiet and with lots of green bike and on foot. As we were in many people, there were questions and questions that Terezinha answered quickly and patiently. We can only thank you for welcoming us with so much affection and we will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rosa di Bréscia site, because in addition to being located close to the city and being easy to access, the site is also far from the road, bringing peace, silence and tranquility. The surrounding nature is exuberant, being one of the highlights of the space. Another highlight is the very good, spacious, airy house, with preserved furniture and utensils. The kitchen is very well equipped. When we arrived we found everything very clean and well maintained, with great conditions to receive guests. D. Vanessa and d. Lourdes were very attentive during our trip and when we arrived we were very well received, including by the caramel puppy who is adorable. They were great hosts. Very quiet condominium. Great to rest. Space for pets, a lake and a lot of green area. The hostess always helpful to any questions. I recommend.

Natalia and Carlos were extremely attentive and available. The location is exactly as it is in the photos. It is relatively far away from cities, what you see is nature in a very welcoming space. My only two points of attention would be: the trails are not so easy to access and require certain skill to enter by car on site (I would avoid going in rainy season), but the place is a grace and the owners are super helpful, kind and polite. Place to unplug from the city and stay away from the stone jungle without having to drive long hours from São Paulo.

We spent amazing days in this house in the Porto Ibiúna condominium. The property is spacious, extremely well maintained and comfortably accommodates large groups. The 6 bedrooms, all well distributed, guarantee privacy and rest for everyone. The location is a real privilege, being in the pool or Jacuzzi facing the dam is invigorating. The house is equipped with everything we need – full kitchen, large common areas, barbecue and plenty of outdoor space. A mention aside is for Karina and Diana who were the helpers who cared very fondly of all of us throughout the stay. Fernando and Patricia were very attentive and helpful from start to finish, which made all the difference in the experience. I recommend without hesitation and hope to return soon.

My family stay was excellent! The house is complete, exactly as shown in the photos, and very cozy. The host was attentive, and the location is great, close to Vinícola Góes and other tourist attractions in São Roque. Recommended!

Perfect place for family, the listing matches the listing leaving nothing to be desired, in fact exceeded all expectations.
