Very nice services for this accommodation in the heart of the historic center of Saumur. The hosts are particularly responsive and caring. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, almost too short! Well received, we had the good surprise of having access to a larger than expected accommodation, with all the comforts you wanted. The place is peaceful and we were able to enjoy the exteriors during the evening. The plus is of course access to the SPA with a very nice outdoor pool! Thank you for hosting us, and I hope to see you soon!

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect with a love of detail was at work here. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surrounding area from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Great stay for the Père-Cent des indus😁, great accommodation with very friendly little touches 👌 Very well located accommodation with parking nearby Moderately busy and quite noisy street but it remains correct for a home in the immediate vicinity of the center! All this is done on foot, which is very pleasant 👌

Joelle’s place was very comfortable for 4 adults. We had plenty of space. It was an easy walk to city center and the chateau. It was great having parking so close to the apartment.

excellent weekend spent with friends at Alexandra's. We felt at home there, 6 families. There is everything in his house to have a good time in peace but close to the city center on foot. The house is very beautiful and well thought out. The garden is ideal and just the right size for the city.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

If you love wine, just imagine sitting on a patio in the middle of a vineyard with a glass of wine actually grown in that vineyard and produced in a winery literally 200 metres away….simply magical….add to that a lovely old building conversion and great hot tub. Highly recommended as are Nicolas’s wines….cheers

After being warmly welcomed by Magali, we discovered a very clean and functional accommodation with a very nice decor. We highly recommend him without hesitation.

Very friendly and pro-active hosts who respected our privacy. We absolutely loved the huge enclosed garden for our dogs and enjoyed our sundowner next to the river. We regretted not booking longer but we will return to explore the area. We highly recommend this gite if you enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

A very comfortable accommodation (three bathrooms for two bedrooms! with a sauna), spacious, with a beautiful exterior and a possible walk on the small road that borders the Authion. The hosts are extremely considerate: warm welcome with homemade cakes, friendly advice and discussions. The accommodation is very quiet and we slept very well. Everything was perfect!

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very good stay at this residence. Very affordable price for a magnificent view of the Chinon fortress. We will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises

Thank you for the very nice stay. We stayed there for two nights, which we very much enjoyed. A really nice room, a great bathroom and a good kitchenette. Great, also the play opportunities for our three-year-old daughter in the large garden. We took a trip to Angers, which is not far away. We would highly recommend. What a great city!

Bonjour, We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights, very nice host, helpful, responsive, with good advice on what to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was very good, good location, quite large. Two small downsides, the key box to collect the keys is not on the landing but on the other side of the bridge, and the insulation of the apartment which is not perfect, but that does not prevent sleeping or otherwise. Very pleasant stay, in a very pleasant apartment and a very pleasant host too. I would highly recommend it
