House holiday rentals in Varen

We had a great stay in this very nice house, located in the middle of nature—very calm and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a concierge system from the owner (they also manage other houses in the area). The house is big and comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The decoration is like a small museum, full of beautiful objects from local shops and galleries, mixed with modern comfort. Beds are large and very comfortable. Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, and even bathrobes. The amenities are excellent: hot tub with jets, outdoor jacuzzi, heated pool, and gas barbecue. The owners answered very quickly when we had questions.

A very nice discovery of this accommodation and very attentive and kind owners. a family available at all times. My 2-year-old daughter was entitled to her own small pool... before she surprised us and came to the big pool with us. 100% relaxing stay for my husband who really needed it. A peaceful and beautiful area. A pleasure to wake up every morning to go chat with the chickens and Sam the protective dog. We had a wonderful week in this house. You lack nothing, beautiful furniture and very tastefully decorated with attention to nice details. Also outside, ample and comfortable furniture and lighting for when it gets dark. The swimming pool is really fantastic, we have used it from early morning until late evening. The area is very quiet and idyllic. Limogne-en-Quercy is within cycling distance with a good supermarket, bakery and organic shop. Communication with Joffrey and Elsa is excellent, friendly and you get a quick response to questions.

Our family of five spent an amazing four days at this beautiful property in the tiny village of Lentillac Saint Blaise in the Lot region. Jean Charles and Annick are such gracious hosts - we received a warm welcome the first evening, where Jean Charles invited us to help ourselves to everything in his vegetable garden and the kids loved gathering fresh strawberries. raspberries, gooseberries and lettuce. On our last morning we had a wonderful conversation about local authors and the history of the region. Every corner of their house and garden shows fine attention to detail and beautiful aesthetic sense. Jean Charles built much of the gorgeous furniture himself in his metal workshop. The pool is just perfect and beautifully maintained for daily swims after sightseeing in the many magnificent villages and sites around the region. Everything was so peaceful and comfortable. The linens and toiletries are top quality. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a restful stay!

At 6 in the house, we had a lovely stay. Najac and its surroundings are beautiful. The house is very well located and very pleasant to stay in.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful place. The air con was great when temperatures hit 36 degrees plus. So was the lovely pool. Francois and Natalie were wonderful hosts. They left us too our own devices but were responsive if we needed anything. Lovely to see the chickens and they shared some fresh eggs with us which were delicious.

Beautiful cottage, very well restored in a small quiet hamlet with a beautiful perfectly maintained garden and a very nice swimming pool. We'll come back without hesitation. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

We just spent a week of pure relaxation. Extremely pleasant cottage where we are alone in the world with everything to spend a beautiful holiday, swimming pool, jacuzzi, walk in the private park, etc... We had a fantastic stay. It was a really homely place, with a very well equipped kitchen. The locations was perfect, very central, but also quiet. The garden was especially nice. The hosts were friendly and responsive, allowing us to check-in early when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return if ever in Saint-Antonin again!

We had a pleasant weekend at Frédérique's accommodation. The place is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is very well arranged with all the amenities and nice decoration. The pool is the little extra that gives an extra dimension of well-being. To discover this beautiful region, we highly recommend staying at Frédérique's. We even think about going back!

Great location surrounded by beautiful nature. Dog-friendly, very suitable for hikers, beautiful routes. The cottage was perfect for us with everything on it. The hostess and host respond quickly and are very involved.

We had a great stay in Emilie's house in Najac. Since it was just my wife and I we had a lot more room than we needed, but I can see this place would be great for families or several couples. We stayed in late April and found that Najac wasn't as busy with tourists as towns like Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Rocamadour. It certainly has tourists, but still feels more like a real town with many locals living there. We would definitely recommend Emilie's house in Najac.

Audrey advised us on activities to do around the accommodation and was very concerned about our visit. She was able to be present when asked for good local addresses and the accommodation was perfect! Thank you very much for this stay 😄

we spent 4 delicious days in this beautiful house... decorated with great taste, functional, well-equipped, and clean of course! Ugo, Karine and their little Angel are super welcoming and available. Good advice for parking and... everything :) We can only recommend the 14 with blue shutters and wish other travelers a pleasant stay in this little cocoon-paradise.

I really can’t recommend Philippe and Alain’s place enough and our stay was delightful from start to finish. Not only is the property set in beautiful surroundings but the accommodation itself is lovely; full of character and is charming and spacious for a couple. The hosts themselves are also delightful. Philippe was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and extremely responsive, answering our questions and helping us when we were looking to book a local taxi at short notice. He made the effort to meet us when we arrived and spoke to us regularly during our stay; always kind, polite and friendly. Thank you for a fantastic stay guys!

We loved our month in Jamblusse, beautiful little village with a big church bell. The home has everything you need - multiple spaces to hang out, cook, dine, draw, play games etc. Our 2 year old son was in absolute heaven. Beautiful natural pool and lovely wood burner for cooler evenings. We’d highly recommend it for a break away.

Completely in accordance with the description, you just have to have good legs because cordes sur ciel is a very beautiful village perched. And that sometimes we can be parked a little far away, the apartment is spacious, bright and in very good condition, coffee capsule and small crunchy very nice on arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux de Jean. It was a heavenly 4 days on this beautiful estate and the accommodation has everything we needed. It was a dream come true to stay in a chateaux in France.

An oasis of peace in the middle of nowhere. We traveled with our 1.5 year old daughter and even she felt completely at home in the beautiful gite! Charles is a great host and is always close by, should there be anything. You have a lot of privacy and enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi with only the sound of the birds and the nature around… Big plus for those traveling with a baby: Charles even arranged a real baby bed for us, and not a folding bed… We will definitely come back!
