Holiday rentals in Vardenik

Karine’s whole family could not have been more hospitable and warm during my stay! I was only in Yeghegnadzor for a brief stay, but I was welcomed very warmly and even offered to join for dinner—an exceptionally welcome gesture. This spot is peaceful, beautifully scenic, and home to some of the kindest hosts I’ve had the privilege to stay with, and I’d highly recommend their home!

It’s a very special place, built with love. Stunning views, serenity and peace. Delicious food, very accommodating and supporting hosts. The wooden cabin smells great, spacious and clean. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for having me!

Each apartment can sleep 5 guests, so we had lots of room. A small kitchen with kettle, water, gas burner (not easy to cook but can make coffee and boil eggs) and fridge supplied. Sun room dining table and other sitting area available. Large grounds to walk in and go to the beach and a km or so to the closest restaurant serving the best shwarmer. Karen and family welcomed us with coffee, sweets, cherries and conversation via translator app and their sons English. Many thanks for a lovely 3 days.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, helping with any questions we had. Arriving was easy and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying here to others;)

We spent three nights at Ruzan and Artak's place and can only recommend their place. We were welcomed with sincerity and kindness, a real meeting! The house perfectly matches the listing, breakfast is royal, including fruit from their garden, tips and small touches in Russian, Armenian, French and a little English, you can book without a second thought! Thank you again for your hospitality, we look forward to returning!

Fazenda house was our first place to stay in Armenia. We found it quickly with Google. The recording was very friendly with a tea and small conversation and performance, as well as possible with translation app. We had a good night sleep there. Breakfast was always very good and tasty traditional. Unfortunately, personal contact with the family was very limited in time because they were at work. Always on site was the loving mother/grandmother, who also prepared breakfast. However, a private vehicle is necessary to do house from Fazenda. We circled the lake, visited the peninsula with monastery, drove into the mountains at Diljian, everything easily accessible from there. And we visited the Norashen Reserve, a nature conservation peninsula right there, for 3000 AMD entrance we were able to explore this area, even by car, very beautiful nature.

We had a great relaxing stay at the shore of the Lake Sevan, with a lovely beach right in front of the house and a lake view from the veranda and from one of the upstairs bedrooms. The house had everything we needed. The hosts helped us with all our questions and with the shopping too. They also helped us get very fresh local fish and helped cook it! The location offers a great balance: it is away from the crowds (which was important as this was peak season) but also the nearest town is a mere 15 minutes away by car or taxi. This was an excellent stay and we highly recommend this house. It is especially good for families and for people seeking quiet and inspiration.

Perfect place! Big and cozy apartment, a lot of facilities, the owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious :) it was the best night in my Armenian trip :)
