Apartment located 5 minutes' walk to metro 13, 10 minutes to tram T3 and 2 minutes to bus 89 and 58. Located less than a kilometer from the Parc des Expositions (South Arena for the Olympics) Quiet building close to all shops: 50 meters from a Carrefour-Market, bakery, pharmacy and others. Juan Felipe is an excellent host—always responsive, communicative, and kind. His apartment has been recently renovated, everything functions perfectly, including the shower water tempeture and pressure. This place offers outstanding value, especially for business travelers. If you’re attending an event at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center, the location is very convenient—just 15 minutes away. For meetings or visits in central Paris, plan for about 45 minutes or more of travel time. The good news is that Metro Line 13 is just around the corner, and the RER is about a 15-minute walk, and the Tram at 10 minutes making the city accessible. The neighborhood is middle class—not luxurious, but calm and safe. I returned late at night a few times and had no issues. One of the best tips I can share is to walk 10 minutes to the nearby Carrefour to stock up on groceries—it’s a much better option than the nearby restaurants. Do note that getting to or from the airport takes about 1.5 hrs

City house 4prs next to Paris

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

New place to stay

La Résidence du Parc Vanves - Henri #42

The apartment is in excellent condition and is very nice, it is exactly the same as in the photos, the place is very quiet, close to the subway to go to all the tourist attractions of Paris, it is very safe, David was always very kind and Mr Francis was very helpful! I would definitely stay at Du Parc Vanves again.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, nice aesthetics, comfortable in a quiet neighborhood, all amenities, it didn't have air conditioning but we didn't need it… the only disadvantages I would say were that it was on the 2nd floor without an elevator and we had to carry suitcases up and down, If I ever go back to Paris, I'll stay there again.
