The Gîte, furnished and rated 3 stars since 2025, is located on the Chemin de Compostelle, the GR5 and the "Nancy-Metz à la Marche", in the Lorraine Natural Park. The Gîte is located close to the forest, in a small village with a bakery (open from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and closed on Mondays. Had a great stay in this beautiful home! Everything was super clean and tidy. It was also very nice to have flexible check-in times, as we arrived later in the evening. The electric shutters of the windows had a malfunction just before we arrived. Maxime immediately informed us of this and hung blackout curtains especially for us and left 2 gifts. He also put some treats in the accommodation for our dog. I would definitely recommend this accommodation with such a great host!

Great welcome from Véronique who allowed me to store my bike in the garage! She even gave me a rag to clean and grease my chain! I was also able to enjoy the garden for dinner, The place is very quiet.

Didier and Michelle are great hosts. Everything went well. The apartment was as described and is very well equipped. It is very quiet and directly on a hiking trail. There was information about excursions in the area. We were only passing through for one night, but we can imagine coming back. There were no problems, but we could have contacted Didier and Michelle at any time. Many thanks to both of them for a very pleasant stay.
