Our Shuksan Suite is freshly remodeled and upgraded to provide you with a relaxing place to unwind after a long day of carving turns at Mt Baker, rafting the river, snowmobiling the woods or hiking the trails. Featuring an Alexander Signature Series queen bed and Easy Breather Pillows from Nest Bedding, full kitchenette and dining area, and a full shower/bathtub, you can stay in and relax. We are also a short walk to local dining and nightlife. Enjoy playing billiards, ping pong, and foosball in the Shuksan Den, or just relax by the fireplace on one of the many cozy couches reading your favorite book. Free shared Wi-Fi is available, but internet in Glacier is not high speed and is not guaranteed. Remote work, wifi calling or other streaming services may not be possible. A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack, and it's eagles and salmon, runs a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future. A final note: we require that you be vaccinated and boosted. Quiet, private, secluded home on 25 acres of forested land. The home was built from logs milled on site. Enjoy filtered spring water, natural light, stargazing, & views of the tops of Mount Baker and the Sisters on a clear day. Owls and Elk can be heard during the evening hours at certain times of the year. Heat is provided by a wood stove and 3 space heaters. Mount Baker is 1 hour away; Bellingham is 30 minutes. Well-behaved, house trained, and supervised pets are welcome with a per pet fee.

We had an incredible experience here. The treehouse is beautifully designed and comes with amenities to keep you busy for your entire stay. We absolutely loved taking the paddleboards out onto the lake. Carlee and Mark also go above and beyond as hosts. We left one of our belongings at the house, and they were kind enough to have it dropped off in Seattle for us to pick up. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed Mish’s place for a weekend away with my husband and our dog. Highlights are definitely the fenced yard, fire pit area, and hot tub. Tons of fun hanging out back grilling over the fire while the pup ran around. On nice weather days, we did local hikes and took a trip to Mt Baker for a snow hike. On rainy days we drove to Bellingham. Loved the local coffee shop, Joe’s Fine Coffee, and pizza from North Fork brewery.
