Good room experience, as comfortable as home, there is nothing to complain about. Families with children can walk around, have breakfast, go to the cafe The Garden Bistro, in the evening can play in the lobby of the residential area is quite cool and there are car rentals for children.

Nice apartment in the modern sky oasis buildings lots of amenities nearby.

This was the best Airbnb my family has stayed at in all of Vietnam. We’ve been living in Vietnam for a year and traveling quite a bit so that is saying a lot! It was so clean and I felt very comfortable. I also really appreciated Betty accommodating for us to stay a little later than the normal check out time. Since our flight was delayed, we didn’t arrive until almost 6am. Betty was very understanding and allowed us to stay longer to recover. I am so thankful, especially since we were traveling with two young kids. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

Wonderful Stay at Betty’s Place! We had a lovely time staying at Betty’s property. The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Betty was an excellent host, very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was local tips or ensuring we had everything we needed, she went the extra mile. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend her home to anyone visiting the area!

This is a nice and clean 3 BR apartment. The hosts Hang and Ha are very responsive and supportive. My children liked their rooms a lot. It will be our first choice when we come back Ecopark Hung Yen in the future.

Mrs. Hang welcomes her family very enthusiastically, she is willing to help her house to book a car or recommend some delicious nearby shops. The house is cozy and cleaner than I thought. The host is really a thoughtful person, she sets up each small and delicate corner to prepare tea, welcome things to welcome her. This apartment view is also quite nice, very suitable for family group like my house. Likeeee

Hannah is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. I have been renting her apartment long-term, and without a doubt she is the most attentive landlord. It was our first vacation at Hanoi and Hung’s place made it a special one (; His place was amazing and Hung’s hospitality was also amazing!

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery by the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is great. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

Nice condo & a good size, it’s in the new side of Hanoi. Mia offered house cleaning to come a couple times which was nice. Check in was quick & easy.

The place is located on the Main Street making every thing easily accessible. We felt right at home on entering the apartment. The home is well lit and feels very warm with everything placed the way it is :) The host has been very kind during every conversation and has always given prompt response. It is easy to find a grocery store around as well. I would definitely recommend this place if one wants to stay in the lovely chaos of old quarter.

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Anh Tuan's home! It was spotless clean, very well located, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Aside from his beautiful home, Anh Tuan was an exceptional host who was always extremely friendly and responsive! He even took us to an Onsen and showed us the city of Hanoi!! Really cant recommend his home and him as a host enough!! Thank you so much!!!

Hang's place is a very clean and neat condo, located in the peaceful neighborhood outside of Hanoi Had a nice stay there for a weekend get-together

Nice place in a great location. Nearby vegan restaurant was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we’re not even vegetarian 😂). Many things to do nearby… movie theater, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, supermarkets and a lake all within walking distance. Really nice area with lots going on, full of life and community. Chung was a great host, always very quick to respond and helpful. Very safe as well. Definitely would recommend!

We stayed at Thuy’s Airbnb for one day, one night to enjoy Swanlake park and the local restaurants and dessert. They are great hosts and we felt very comfortable in the home. Bath tub was great to use for our son, and we enjoyed the wide sidewalks in the neighborhood and the park across the street. There are more restaurants nearby, walkable, than visible on the Internet and Google maps.

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.
