The apartment is close to a metro station and to a big grocery shop, which is essential to me. Rafa is a great host, everything is as advertised. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including the kitchen.

El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

El piso era tal cual se mostraba en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio y fresquito (muy necesario por el calor que hacía). Estaba muy bien ubicado para ir al Metropolitano (que era el motivo de nuestro viaje). Virginia fue super amable, respondió a todo muy rápido, nos dio muchísimas facilidades tanto a la hora de entrar como de salir. Muy recomendable!!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

Maria Teresa ha sido muy atenta y encantadora. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Un punto extra es todo el aparcamiento gratuito que hay en las inmediaciones, bares, farmacia etc.. La cama muy cómoda. Sin duda volveremos.

Apartamento muy coqueto y comod, tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, muy limpio, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia como en casa: cafetera, tostador, menaje, aíre acondicionado, calefacción, secador, plancha... Además a unos 2/3 minutos de la parada del metro. Los anfitriones muy atentos responden enseguida. MUY RECOMENDABLE! 🙂

El alojamiento estába impoluto...zona tranquila, tenía aparcamiento público en la zona y un bar al lado donde se destuna estupendamente...por lo general todo fue genial..la única pega que Le veo que hay que coger metro y la boca más cercana estaba como a unos 15/20 min andando, pero por lo demás todo estupendo!

Many thanks, Maria Jose, for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was perfect for us (2 parents, 2 grown up kids), perfectly appointed for all that we needed. We loved the outside terrace. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

Si buscas un hogar precioso en Madrid, ¡no busques más! Simona fue perfecta en todos los sentidos y no podríamos haber pedido más de un apartamento. Cada momento en el apartamento fue más que perfecto y lo recomiendo más que mi propia casa, jaja. Muy atentos y extremadamente serviciales. ¡Si pudiera darle 10 estrellas, lo haría!

Todo perfecto, buena zona, Francisco nos dejo flexibilidad con horarios, atento, y todo tal y como pone en el anuncio, si vuelvo a ir a Madrid se donde tengo una casa.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Carlos es el mejor anfitrión que me he encontrado. El departamento se encontraba en excelente estado, todo en perfecto orden. No puedo recomendar mas este alojamiento. La atención de Carlos siempre fue cálida, clara y atenta.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

Roberto y Marco fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales, siempre atentos y dispuestos. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, aunque más bonito en directo. Estaba limpio y tenía toallas y ropa de cama en abundancia. La zona es espectacular, al lado del Retiro. Muy cuidada y limpia. A pesar de ser un barrio con mucha vida en el apartamento no se escuchaba ruido por la noche. Repetiría sin dudar.

Buen apartamento con todo lo necesario. Sofá cama muy cómodo. Tiene hasta aparcamiento privado, aunque nosotros viajamos en tren. Todo correcto.

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!
