Apartment holiday rentals in Valverde

Met every expectation. The apartment is small but has everything needed for an enjoyable experience, except a full length mirror. It’s on a quiet street but so close to great public transportation. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shops and a gym!

Host is really nice and friendly. We came with our twin babies and they provided us with 2 baby cots and 2 high baby chairs which was quite helpful. Communication was also great. Host provided us with detailed apartment instructions in time. Also, each time we needed some additional stuff, they either provided it to us. Apartment location is quite good with good public transport connections to the city center and airport. I would recommend this place for staying in Madrid.

This is a shop converted to a flat for AirBnB. There is a hall with a translucent partition. Both parts have connected bathrooms. One part has a double bed. The other has a kitchenette, dining space and a divan which can be used either as a sofa or a single bed. The architect has done a good job. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from Metro. A small apartment with two bathrooms is a rare valuable find. The host is very responsive and flexible. Requests for anything extra are met immediately.

Esperanza fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de mis necesidades. El apartamento era pequeño, pero tenía todo lo necesario tal y como ella misma lo comenta. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico y cómodo para moverse por Madrid, y al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo, no habían ruidos por la noche y se podía descansar perfectamente. Hay supermercados y otros comercios a unos pocos metros, por lo que cualquier necesidad se puede cubrir fácilmente. ¡Un precio excelente para la ubicación y el trato recibidos!

O espaço da Victoria é exatamente como nas fotos. Tem blackout, o que garante que você tem uma boa noite de sono. Dormimos muito bem todas as noites. A estação de metrô é exatamente em frente, o que garante que você chegará no centro em 30 minutos. Adoramos esse espaço.

Muy recomendable, todo perfecto & flexibilidad tanto con el check-in como con el check-out!

lovely hosts. of you are looking for a well located place. in very close proximity to plaza castilla. very calm. and clean. this is the right place. small detailw like fresh towels, coffee pods and even water jug in the fridge and pods for the washing machine , made the stay even better. very calm and serene. which we appreciated more after a long trip and having another property cancel on us last minute. they accepted our late check in which we appreciate. thank you. highly recommend. it may seem like much per night. but after staying there, the hosts and the place and how it is kept, and the excellent 2 nights of sleep we had, it is actually worth the price!!

Miguel was such a wonderful host and helped us out so much! He was super responsive and a really great guy. The airbnb was extremely nice and we loved staying there!

Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Mariola gave great instructions to get into the apartment. The space was perfect for us. And the later checkout was very nice. Definitely recommend.

volvería a visitar a Madrid en el Apto De Gonzalo. Un sitio confortável y seguro, cerca del metro y muchos sitios para caminar y conocer.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

This place was a dream! I couldn't believe I got to stay a couple of nights here, beautiful and taken care of, the bed was super comfy and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Jolly was super nice. I hope I get to visit Madrid again and get to stay here, cannot recommend it enough!!!

Loved staying here! Close walk to many things and very clean and comfortable for me and my friend. The host was super friendly and helpful as well!

O apartamento é simplesmente maravilhoso, bem decorado, muito bem cuidado e com tudo que precisamos para nos sentirmos em casa. Além disso, a localização é excelente: próximo de tudo, o que facilitou muito nossa experiência em Madri. Quando voltarmos à cidade, certamente não precisaremos procurar outro lugar para ficar. Aqui encontramos conforto, praticidade e, acima de tudo, um atendimento acolhedor. Muito obrigado por tudo! Até breve.

Tamara, nuestra huesped, fue excepcional. Muy atenta, amable y respondiendo rapido. La casa esta bien. Ideal para una familia de 4. Tendrian que cambiar la lavadora-secadora, que no funciona bien y nos impidio lavar la ropa en condiciones. Hay una balda en el armario del dormitorio principal que tienen que arreglar.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.
