My husband, 2.5 year old toddler, and myself (7 months pregnant) had the most wonderful stay at Chiara’s home in Viareggio. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the beach and great fam friendly beach clubs, great restos, stores, cafes. The home is beautiful (as pictured), very clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay with a toddler— beach towels, an extra cot set up for our toddler, a diaper bin, a booster seat, sand toys. Kitchen was also well stocked with the basics for cooking, washing machine, and AC in the rooms. Moreover, Chiara was extremely accesible and responsive during our stay with instructions, local recommendations, including setting us up with a parking pass. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxed vacation for a family— plus easy/close driving to surrounding towns and sights! thank you Chiara for going above and beyond! Hope to come back soon.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! 😊 Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass zwei Fahrräder inklusive waren – so konnten wir die Umgebung bequem erkunden. Miriam hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der Obstkorb und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts – besonders die hervorragende Küchenausstattung hat uns begeistert. Auch die flexiblen An- und Abreisezeiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Miriam für ihre Unterstützung und Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

E' la seconda volta che alloggiamo in questa splendida casa. Arredamento stupendo, tranquillo ma in pieno centro. Sicuramente torneremo! Tutto perfetto. Gentilissima la signora Paola che abbiamo incontrato alla partenza.

Eine ganz wunderbare Unterkunft für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet insbesondere für Familien ein tolles Umfeld. Privater Swimmingpool mit Liegen und großem Sonnenschirm. Ein sehr großes Grundstück mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen (Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennisch, Schach). Es ist wunderschön am Hang in einem Olivenhain gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind toll und jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Absolut top. Die Vermieter und das Personal (Gärtner) sind sehr freundlich und extrem zuvorkommend. Uns wurden sogar Croissants morgens an die Tür gehängt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, kinderfreundlich. Wohnung liegt super, der Strand ist zu Fuß in einer Minute zu erreichen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, was den Einkauf deutlich erleichtert. Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet.

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was absolutely adorable, spacious, and quiet. The neighborhood seemed safe and it was easily walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. Finally, I just really appreciate the fact that Roberta did not make me clean the apartment before the cleaning crew arrived. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect stay! This place is pure magic and Lola was so sweet meeting us to check in, giving us great local recommendations, assisting with a taxi service, and even a bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing getaway. By far our favorite spot during our 3 week trip and we can’t wait to visit again one day!

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

A fabulous apartment, within an easy walk from the train or bus station. It contained everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect for walking the walls and exploring Lucca.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Lucca! The location is perfect—right in the center but still quiet and peaceful. The space is cool, spacious, and ideal for a family or group of friends. The outdoor area was a real highlight—great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. A great location near to the old city and a bike shop for hiring bikes. Helpful, friendly host. The garden was a bonus. Deckchairs were OK but a sunloungerwould have been perfect 🥰

Sehr schöne, charmant eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Anwesens mit riesigem Park und großen Bäumen, ganz wunderbar. Vicopisano ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit guten Restaurants und einer hervorragenden Gelateria. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder ans Meer. Die Besitzerin Martina hat uns sehr nett empfangen, es gab auch einen Begrüssungskorb. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, für die wir sehr dankbar waren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful apartment in an interesting street. Lovely and peaceful inside and very tastefully decorated. Superbly equipped and even a basket of ‘useful things’, everything had been thought of, even bottles of spring water ready filled for us. A delightful place

This was our second stay. We really like this apartment. It is a great location. Not too far from anything but peaceful. Also comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is wonderful. It is the perfect spot for an extended stay.

We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

A true home away from home! Our stay at the Lemon Villa was hands-down our favorite of the entire trip. The villa had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The views of northern Tuscany were absolutely breathtaking, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. Special thanks to Emanuela and her wonderful assistant, who were beyond accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Die sehr schöne Unterkunft hat uns vom ersten Moment gefallen. Der Pool war groß und sehr schön und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht sehr oft nutzen, da das Wetter nicht so schön war und dafür der Pool im September schon zu kalt. Aber dafür ist der Standpunkt der Unterkunft da echt optimal für Besichtigungen nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz. Nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt ist Montecarlo (ein wunderschöner Ort), den man gesehen haben sollte. Rundum eine Unterkunft, die wir sehr empfehlen können.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit vier Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Wasser im Pool gekippt und somit nicht nutzbar, was natürlich schade war, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, aber leider konnte das Problem in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein schönes Haus, mit Potenzial für einen perfekten Aufenthalt – wenn der Pool wieder in Ordnung ist.

Notre séjour à Fiascherino a été magique. L’appartement est encore plus joli que sur les photos et vraiment fonctionnel. La terrasse et la vue sont sublimes. Les alentours, en particulier Tellaro sont si jolis ! Merci Giuliano, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el departamento. Está muy bien ubicado y el interior es cómodo, tal como se muestra en las fotos y la descripción. Está muy bien equipado y tiene una vista increíble. El anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda o necesidad, aunque realmente todo fue muy claro y sencillo desde el principio. ¡Muchas gracias, esperamos volver en otra ocasión!
