Holiday rentals with a patio in Valpolicella

Der Aufenthalt bei Elisabeth & Martin hat uns super gefallen ☺️! Wir würden aufjeden Fall wieder kommen. Immer freundlich, aufmerksam und zur Begrüßung gab’s direkt schon ne kalte Flasche Rosé im Kühlschrank 👌! Man kann dort richtig zur Ruhe kommen umringt von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. Trotzdem ist man zügig am Gardasee (10 Minuten mit dem Rad). Da gab’s auch tolle Routen von Martin, damit wir nicht direkt an der Straße lang fahren mussten. Seht schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos. Man hat einen super Blick und kann den Gardasee sogar vom Balkon aus sehen. An Ausstattung ist auch alles da was man braucht. In der Unterkunft selbst ist es angenehm ruhig, aber in der Umgebung ist auch schnell ein Supermarkt und Restaurants erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt auh sehr gut. Man kann alle Orte am Gardasee schnell erreichen uns auch Verona und Vendig sind in einem Tagesausflug möglich. Die Kommunikation hat auch super geklappt. Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hatte auch gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren von dem renovierten Altbau absolut fasziniert. Sie ist außergewöhnlich, etwas echt besonderes! Alles sehr geräumig, dank der dicken Wände kühl und ruhig. Und das inmitten der Stadt. Alles notwendige war in der Küche vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Betten bequem. Ansprechpartner super hilfsbereit und sofort zu erreichen.Wir würden wieder kommen! Danke dafür 😃👍🏻

Siisti, moderni ja kaikin puolin laadukas asunto. Mukava pieni terassi ja parveke. Hyvä ilmastointi koko asunnossa. Alueena erittäin miellyttävä pieni kylä. Ravintolat, kauppa ja uimaranta kävelymatkan päässä. Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin positiivinen majoitus kokemus. Erittäin asiallinen, ystävällinen sekä avulias majoittaja, reagoi nopeasti viesteihin. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä kohdetta.

Was sollen wir sagen! Nicht nur die Location ist ein Traum und entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos. Auch die Lage ist umwerfend mit Blick über den Gardasee und direkte Anbindung auch fußläufig nach Gargnano, wo es viele süße Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Alles in allem ist das nur noch getoppt worden von Gaby, die wirklich ein Mega Job macht! Sie ist die gute Seele des Hauses, die dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Vom Koffer tragen am Anfang, über spontan Mikrowelle besorgen für das aufwärmen der Baby-Gläschen, bis hin zu Tipps, Müllentsorgung, Brötchen morgens holen-unglaublich diese Frau!!! Wir werden nicht nur die Location, sondern vor allem auch Gaby vermissen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A very stylish, individual property in a peaceful location & with a beautiful view all within walking distance of central Limone. We really enjoyed the small balcony directly off our room for morning coffee and breakfast and the larger balcony with loungers was a lovely space too. The walk into Limone of 10/15 minutes to the ferry, bars & restaurants ( some are nearer) on footpaths & feeling safe is a bonus. Although if you arrive by boat be mindful of how much luggage you have as it’s very busy when you get off and taxis are not easy to find until you get to the taxi rank. This is about half way to the apartment so we just carried on!

Vom ersten Kontakt an hat sich Claudio sehr bemüht und die Kommunikation war super einfach und sehr nett. Er hat uns vor Ort persönlich willkommen geheißen und uns mit Prosecco und einer Gebäckspezialität überrascht. Das Studio liegt in einem beeindruckenden alten Palazzo aus dem 15. Jahrhundert und gehört mit zu den ältesten Gebäuden, sehr beeindruckend. Es ist teils mit Antiquitäten und teils auch mit modernen Möbeln eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Hammer war dann die traumhafte Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf den See und der wundervollen Bepflanzung mit Bougainville und Wein... ein herrlicher Platz, den wir oft genutzt und genossen haben. Der Küchenbereich ist etwas klein, aber mit der notwendigen Ausstattung versehen. Das Bad ist auch klein, aber sehr schön. WLan gab es leider kaum, aber das war neben all den schönen Dingen fast nebensächlich. Wir können das wunderschöne Studio in super Lage und mit Traumblick nur empfehlen!🤩👍☀️

soggiorno estremamente positivo. l’appartamento era impeccabile, pulito e molto moderno perfetto per una vacanza tranquilla sul lago. zona molto tranquilla con vista sulle montagne; l’host è stata molto cordiale e amichevole e ha spiegato tutto alla perfezione. ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente se ci sarà occasione saremo felici di ritornare!

This has been our favourite airbnb stay ever! The room was so amazing and modern with everything we could possibly need. From the lights that change, round bed, bathroom set up and hidden cupboards we were so amazed at everything this accommodation had to offer. The gardens were so private and relaxing and although we did not get the weather to enjoy it fully we loved sitting out when the rain stopped. Pia is an amazing host with great communication and we strongly recommend this stay. Desenzano is a beautiful quiet town with good access to the ferry for adventures and the train for trips to Verona and Milan. We could ask for nothing more from this amazing accommodation and destination!!!

Eine super Gastgeberin, welche sich endlos Mühe gibt, das man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat. Selbst kühle Getränke gab es zur Begrüßung. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren perfekt und das gesamte Haus war blitzsauber. Werden sicherlich wiederkommen um die Herzlichkeit und die Umgebung zu genießen 😊

Francesco a été très accueillant, nous n'avons eu aucun problème. La pièce est identique aux photos, je pensais qu'il n'y avait pas de frigo mais il était bien présent avec des bouteilles d'eau et de jus d'orange. Des petits biscuits et des confitures était fournis pour le petit déjeuner. Merci Francesco :)

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

Logement très agréable et impeccable. Quartier calme. Proche de Verona en voiture. Hote très réactif et disponible. N’hésitez pas pour une escapade à Verona et les nombreux vignobles à proximité.

La casa es muy bonita. Igual o mejor a cómo se vé en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario. nos encantó.

We hebben een geweldig leuke vakantie gehad. Het appartement is keurig netjes en heeft een mooi uitzicht. Een prettige ruimte om bij te komen na de mooie uitstapjes in de buurt. Complimenten voor Nicolette ze is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en gaf ons zoveel goeie tips over de regio Verona dat we nog eens terug moeten komen. En daar kijken we nu al naar uit!

Staying at this apartment truly feels like stepping back into the Renaissance. From the moment you open the main door and step into the courtyard, you’re surrounded by history — both inside the apartment and outside on the terrace and around the building. The interior is beautifully designed, perfectly blending comfort with the charm of the old world. Without a doubt, this is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. A huge thank you to the hosts for creating such an authentic and inspiring atmosphere in the historic heart of Verona. The only small suggestion I would make: since there’s a Nespresso machine, it would be a nice touch to include enough coffee capsules for the number of guests staying. It’s a small detail, but in the morning, it would be great to enjoy a coffee right away without having to search for capsules in town. That said, the overall experience, comfort, and unique character of this place far outweigh that minor issue. Highly recommended!

We spent 2 weeks at Marcella's place and we had a really good time. The house is clean, it has a beautiful view and it is very well located near hiking and rock climbing routes. Marcella is a wonderful host, always willing to help us with anything we asked for. We would definitely come back for another holiday. Highly recommended!

Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

Laura and Christiano were absolutely fantastic hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Their place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into the small touches—from the cozy linens to the local tips they shared. The location was also perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. What really stood out, though, was their warmth and hospitality. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. I would absolutely stay with them again and highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone looking for a thoughtful and welcoming home away from home. Thank you again, Laura and Christiano!

Rahatlıkla 5 kişi konaklayabilir. Ev temiz düzenli idi. Mutfak malzemeleri bir çok yemeği yapmak için yeterli idi. Ev arena di Verona ya yürüyerek 15 dk , 1,3 km. Ancak yürürken geçtiğiniz güzergah zaten gezilecekler listesinde olduğu için keyifli bir yürüyüş oluyor . Herşey makul yeterliydi.

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!

De ruimte was lekker ruim en fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. We hoefden niet op elkaar te wachten. Je kon in de buurt gratis parkeren, was in ons geval handig omdat de prive parkeerplaats te krap was voor onze auto. Op zaterdag is er een markt voor de deur waar van alles te vinden is. Je moet opletten dat je je auto tijdig weghaalt. Enig minpuntje vonden wij dat digitale slot. Was vooral bij aankomst lastig je hebt je mobiel en internet nodig en de hele lange hal en dubbele entree deur. Verder was het een fijne nette en ruime woning in een woonwijk.
