Excellent property steps from the beach, across from La Paz Park (50 meters from the parking access to the beach), completely remodeled in 2019-2020, for 14 guests. 5 bedrooms, (2 en suite with a double bed and 1 en suite with 3 beds, one of them a trundle bed), 5 bathrooms (1 of them a guest bathroom), fully equipped integrated kitchen, washing and drying area, main and daily dining room, terrace, large play area with a trampoline bed, and large barbecue area with a stove and grill.

You will love my place because of the wonderful view over Valparaíso Bay and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old house of Cerro Alegre, completely renovated and the location is perfect,close to places of interest, such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers.It's a very intimate, special place for lovers.

Green areas with a small forest of native trees and a swimming pool. Capacity for 7 people, max 8 guests (living on a covered terrace of 80 sq. meters, cable, Wi-Fi, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Close to beaches and many places for supplies. La Tinaja uses 2 systems to heat the water, a wood-burning boiler and gas.

It is a magical and isolated place for those who want to disconnect and have a different experience in a 100% nature place. It is located in the middle of a pine forest with an incredible sea view and a mythical lighthouse, ideal to connect with nature and silence. The house is self-sustainable, rustic and simple, the great attraction is its privileged location and imposing view. Sunsets like starry nights are a sight to starry nights.

Spectacular house with infarct view of the big beach of Tunquén. Surrounded by countryside, nature, pure air and sea breeze... all that remains is to relax and enjoy. Our house is modern and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway or to come with friends or children. It has a swimming pool with an incredible infinity view and an exquisite fireplace to relax on cold or rainy days in front of the sea. In addition, it has a barbecue grill.

Wonderful cabin in Tunquen

Near Valparaiso and Santiago, this ecological cabin is located in a wonderful spot, near the beach and with sea landscapes. Surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax and have a peaceful holiday, although near many coastal villages. You'll be able to enjoy nature, observe birds and, with luck, see foxes, monitos del monte (small marsupials, under extinction, which are protected in Chile) or others animals from the area.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
